10 Years of ED, 3 Approaches, in 21 Photos

Hey guys. I have another thread here recounting my experiences moving from Viagra to TriMix to Implant...

...and I received some questions about whether I could post some additional photos of my implant immediately post-op as well as some more recent photos as I am just over one year out from being implanted now. So I took some time gathering photos this morning and I tried to caption some so they would make more sense and maybe help tell the trajectory of my ED over the last decade. For whatever it may be worth:

Great photos of a great cock! Looks incredibly good to me, although i have the AMS LGX and, like you, a great result, awesome wife, and overall, a decision i should have made years ago! The girth is also wonderful and i can only say, sex is a joy! Congratulations, surgeons job well done! Don't stop sharing photos!

41-y fit gay male, on TRT since 2012. Last years, severe vasculogenic ED. Problem solved with an AMS LGX 21 cm plus 0.5 cm RTE, implanted by Dr Giulio Garaffa in London, UK on Oct 14, 2020. Over 100% satisfaction. Glad to share my journey experience.

71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.
