I have some questions about pumping if some of you gents would be so kind.
1. How many individual pumps does it take to get from totally flaccid to 90% erect?
2. Does it get more difficult to pump as you get harder or is the pumping effort/efficiency the same?
Much appreciated in advance for your input!
Pumping Questions
Re: Pumping Questions
Pumping Questions
Question number one
How many pumps? it varies for me everytime i pump my cock up. don't ask me why as I do not understand why myself. I have done a lot of cycling and I think my cylinders are much more flexible now than they were when i first had the implant in January.
Question number two
Does it get harder to pump as you get harder?
I have a AMS 700 implant and as I get near the end of pumping it gets harder to get fluid into my cylinders. I'm sorry i cannot help you any more but this is all I have to offer. Maybe some of the more experienced guys will chime in for you.

Re: Pumping Questions
It takes me anywhere from 15 to 20 pumps to reach max. (what he said^^^).
Pumping should get harder has you pump. If it gets easier or stays the same, trouble.
Think about it, you are pumping saline into your dick! When its full, it should get harder to pump because there is no where for the saline to go (and you do have a finite amount of saline in your reservoir)
If it does not, you have a leak somewhere. The good news is that its saline, your body can absorb it, no problem.

Re: Pumping Questions
everyone is different regarding number of pumps. I can get fully erect with 15 pumps but i can go up to 25 for an extra hard erection. These probably arent full compression pumps. it does get very hard to compress towards the end.

Re: Pumping Questions
I cycle for one continuous hour EVERY day. It generally takes me about 20 wall-to-wall pumps for a hard erection, then I'll add about 15 more partial pumps until it starts to feel a bit painful (and the bulb can't be depressed any more). As so many veteran FT members have previously suggested, I'll add another 6-8 partial pumps about 10 minutes in.
Cycling has enabled me to regain my temporarily lost length from surgery. Whether that's because I have an LGX or not is a subject that's currently running on another thread and not one that I desire to discuss or debate here.
However, I will say that a daily cycling routine is important to penile health and, perhaps, to possibly regaining lost length regardless of IPP brand.

Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.

Re: Pumping Questions
Do you guys cycle in hot bath? I feel that would soften up things down there and reduce pain.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

Re: Pumping Questions
I cycled while in a hot bath from the point at which my surgeon allowed it to around the 3-month mark. It was soothing to pump while still swollen and healing BUT, the little sucker is slippery so it's important to use your left hand (if you're right-handed) to hold the pump stable while you depress the bulb with your right hand.
