Hi FT brothers,
Just a short update. Surgery was extensive and more complicated then my doc anticipated.
My virgin implant was a mess. Surgery took 2 hours. In


OR 7:25a and in PACU at 10:50.
My originally planned out patient surgery was converted to admission for 23 hours .
My BP was to low to be discharged home. Also I have paresthesia in both legs due to positioning to make possible right cylinder removal and need to dilate proxmaly which was not done n first implant.
I received AMS700 CX 21 cm on the left, right was 21 + 1.5 cm RTE.

You and I were orginaly scheduled for surgery with Dr. Clavell on August 19th. I had my ipp surgery and you began your fight for the revision. It sounds like surgery took longer than expected and I hope everything goes well for you. Keep us posted.

Just want to say, I am back home where I was admitted after surgery and stayed for 23 hours. My blood pressure stabilized and weakness in lower extremities improve somewhat, but still I need some support to stay on my legs.
As for pain, it is very tolerable with gabapentin.
I still have a bulky dressing aroun scrotum and completely penis wrapped with only glans exposed. Tomorrow, dressing will be removed and I will see my new penis.

Just removed dressing.
It looks good with very little discoloration mostly in the scrotum area and right side of penile shaft.
In discharge summary, surgeon wrote IPP removal and replacement with right corporoplasty with reinforcing tunica albuginia at place where I had bifold compressing wall of tunica and second place where RTE was protruding making constant pressure which caused severe thinning in wall of tunica albuginia.
I see slight depression in right side of shaft which doc confirmed as a result of repair being done.
So far, very little pain controlled with gabapentin.

Post op Day #4
I am feeling good, using ice regularly on and off. My incision is clean, dry and intact. I have some scrotal discoloration but nothing in pubic area. My penis has some discoloration on the right side where doc did extensive repair of my tunica and re-inforcing damaged part.
I have some pain in the tip of my penis which is, I’m sure” due to 70% being inflated to avoid scaring of right corpora where corporoplasty was done.
Also, having some swelling of scrotum but that is barely half 50% of what I had with my first implant.
My doc does not start cycling before 6 week but he told me I can deflate it I little bit after 3 weeks. Was implanted with 2 cm larger cylinders and my penis right now is at 5 inches. I have good feeling, I will recover my lost lenght to my all adult life length of 6.5 inches.
I am already very pleased with my penis look.
I can’t thank enough Dr Clavell for all his hard work .
