I'm still sore and groggy. I had my implant surgery yesterday. I have the Coloplast Titan touch 22 cm + 1 RTE. Because of COVID-19 and a schedule issue I didn't get to meet with the surgeon. I did get a great phone call and already have an appointment Mon morning, but I am wondering roughly what a 22+1 translates to in real size. I have always been a grower. I lost so much after all my PCa treatments over the last 2-3 years. I did use my pump some, but it did not seem like my younger size.
What do you think? I appreciate any thoughts while I sit here recovering alone in my hotel room.
Thanks,
Jon

22+1 is 23 cm (9") of total implant length. Part will be inside the body (average of 1/3, or about 7.6cm - 3 inches).
That means if 3" of the 9 inches of implant is inside, the remainder or 6" would be at or forward of the pubic bone so if the tips are a half-inch from the tip of the glans, it would mean about 6.5" of (eventual) length after cycling.
These estimates are highly hypothetical though, because everyone's anatomy is different and some have more or less inside the body (closer to 50/50 or equal lengths in some, or scant little implant internally on others like me).

Re: Size quick question
Thanks guys! I was about 7" and average girth. I had become so small I did not think I could ever get close to what I was. Being on Firmagon (firm is really gone) and the other treatments made me feel like I'd been put in some sci-fi shrinking machine LOL

Wayentho is right in that, on average, 1/3 or your implant will be internal. But, not everybody is average. I also have a 22cm Titan (no RTEs), but, only 9cm of my implant is external to my body while the other 13cm is inside.
Implanted 2020 Nov 30 with Titan 22cm, no RTEs by Dr Dineen in Daytona Beach.
