After my implant I had issues with underwear and I found at one point during my healing that "tighty whitey" type briefs with a jock strap on the outside of the "tighty whitey's" worked better. Bear in mind that things change, so what was comfortable last week may not feel the best next week.
born 1949, Cancer 2014, 1st Implant AMS CX 18 + 3 RTE, Oct 2015 by a Houston Doctor. Left with loss of length, Floppy Glans and pain, a very poor job. Revision in Dec 2016 by Dr. Kramer, 21 + 3 1/2 RTEs, LGX, Regained length, Glans supported and no pain.

I never thought that I would have such a complaint about underwear, though

So far 5 days post implant revision and I did not find any comfortable underwear from my variety of different types of underwear.
I am Left inflated 70% after surgery and I should stay inflated for minimum of 3 weeks after surgery.

I'm day 8 post op today. Until two days ago, walking around without the support of a jockstrap would have been misery. I was swollen and sore and the compression offered by that jockstrap felt soooo good. As of yesterday, I'm much less sore and no longer need it. Now, I just walk around the house naked from the waist down. My scrotum is still very tender, but the bigger irritation for me right now is the damned razor stubble on my upper thighs that rubs against my still swollen sack.
Implanted 2020 Nov 30 with Titan 22cm, no RTEs by Dr Dineen in Daytona Beach.
TURP for BPH 2020 Jul 27. Resulted in RE.
ED started around 2005.

Glad to hear that you are feeling better! From this point on it will be better and better... I am approaching week 8 and feel improvement everyday. The first six months is the time our brain needs to forget the frustrations of ED. It is life transforming.

I am so glad for Credit Cards
When you are in pain, if you can get it, you will!
I have underwear here that I doubt I will use again, but I better keep it for round 4 revision (I want to put in my order right now for a bigger dick  ) (I hope I can fit it 15 years from now).
