Ok, i got the point that i'll be able to do hard sex and this is great for me. Unfortunately, the "glans" matter still worries me. I am circumcised, so i already have less sensitivity than average men. Most of my sensitivity comes from my glans which grows a lot when engorges.

Nope, the glans is engorged by a different blood supply than the corpus cavernosum. The glans is corpus spongiosum (and the shaft of the penis OUTSIDE the tunica albuginea) is also engorged by the spongiosum. The tunica albuginea is the body that is filled with the corpus cavernosum. The tunica is a fibrous capsule designed by nature to be inflated by blood supply to the cavernosum tissues and inflated hard.

Absent misadventure during surgery, whatever spongiosum engorgement (glans and shaft) you dad before implant (into the tunica, essentially replacing the cavernosum and leaving the spongiosum unaffected) will remain functional after the implant just as it was before the implant.

Of course, inflating the implant does not engorge the glans. But arousal will engorge the glans even if the implant is not inflated. I hope that makes sense. The two systems of engorgement/tumescence are independent of one another.
