First and foremost...... Thank you for such an awesome resource that this site is.
So I am home from the hospital after the surgery this morning. Dr to talked to my wife and said the surgery went longer than expected as he found the corpus cavernosum to be very thin requiring him to have to rebuild or line part of this with cadaver tissue, Of coarse with every other things I have been through it could not be easy.
So after a botched vasectomy a year earlier that leaked sperm and formed spermiceils in my sac to the point my sac was about the size of a grapefruit this caused the pain of a torsion where I was constantly sick to my stomach had surgery to clean out spermicides and once again cauterize the tubes........ 6 months later and with my sac growing again I had to go under the knife again for by bi-lateral epidectomy. ED worsens with every surgery.
Fast forward another year and I was back at the knife but this time I was filled up with hydroceiles ... no more spermicieles but the hydrocoelles were just as bad. at this point the drs said they could not explain these ongoing issues and said all that could be done is a bilateral Orchiectomy, had my testicles removed and started on TRT.
So this brings me to now, surgery this morning, I am up and about with mild pain, no pain killers yet, Dr left me Uninflated with no catheter in place, I do have a drain that comes out on Friday.
A couple of questions if I may
Is it normal to feel the need to Constant feeling of having to pee( not horible) and seems to be getting a bit better
And the drain I have had to empty a couple of times, not bad either. The Dr performed the surgery through the abdomen

Re: Implant this morning
Congratulations. The reservoir is placed in the cavity that is used by your bladder. And you were left deflated so the reservoir is full. Most likely putting some pressure on your bladder causing what you are felling.
Best of luck to you going forward with your recovery.

Hey Balless, Glad you're feeling well. Make sure to take it easy, very easy for the next several days. Right now, ice is your friend. When you empty the drain, make sure to squeeze it before putting the top back on to create some negative pressure.

Re: Implant this morning
I know it’s a titan but did not talk with the Dr after surgery so I’m not sure about size or pump ,So far it has not been very bad other than I can’t get comfortable enough to sleep, just took 2 percosets so maybe they will allow me to sleep, this is the first pain meds I have needed since getting the implant 12 hours ago

Re: Implant this morning
I had to pee a lot in first 48 hours. Keep drinking lots of water. This is important. I had surgery on Friday so I am now 5 days out of surgery and it gets so much better. I have to pee less now but I am still drinking lots of water to keep myself hydrated and to keep my system properly functioning throughout the recovery process.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.
