My Story: Implanted Titan 22cm - Dr Tariq Hakky (Pics)

Hello brothers, this forum is the best thing on the internet. Years ago I was facing ED, I was depressed and full of anxiety. I didn’t know what to do. A local urologist told me I will need an implant and I was terrified. That’s when I googled implants and came across this forum and the rest is history.

After asking tons of questions and being helped by so many folks here over the years, I am proud to announce that I have become bionic starting Friday, December 4, 2020. One thing everyone told me early on is that when it comes to implants, it’s all about “Doctor, Doctor, and Doctor”. Half my time was spent researching doctors extensively. I knew there were no good local doctors in Asia so I had to fly to the US. I shortlisted a few, Dr Eid, Kramer, and Hakky. In the end, I went with Dr Tariq Hakky due to three reasons:

1. He does high number of implants every year using no touch technique with lowest infection rate
2. He is affordable out of pocket. I negotiated $18,500 with his office for an in-office surgery. Dr Eid was $25,000 out of pocket and Dr Kramer is currently out of practice.
3. He is responsive, open, upfront, and honest. No matter the type of questions, he was patient in answering them. I must have exchanged a ton of emails with him before finalising him.

I still wanted to get another Dr’s opinion so I asked Dr. Eid and he mentioned that Dr. Hakky is a good doctor. I wired his office the money, packed my bags, and flew straight for the surgery. To cut long story short, on Friday I became Bionic and below I want to share some tips and photos for those looking forward to the implant.

First 48 hours you should only be worried about burning sensation when you pee. It happens due to the catheter they put in and take it out before waking you up. They also prescribe you antibiotics and that makes the pee hurt a bit. However to tackle this, drink milk and lots of water. Eventually it gets better, you will have to tolerate it in the beginning which I am sure many of you can do.

On Monday, after 48 hours, the Dr’s senior nurse took out my drain and bandages. I was worried about black and blue bruising and swelling but honestly I saw nothing bad. My skin was a bit sensitive in some places but other than that perfectly normal. Now that the drain and bandages are off, you are told to gently pull down the pump. And when sleeping, my advice is to wear David Archy underwear and cut the front side so your penis can stick out. That way you can sleep in peace. I am attaching some photos, let me know if you folks have any questions. I will continue to report my progress every week.

Please note that Dr Hakky kept me 50% inflated at all times since the surgery. So all photos are showing 50% erect penis. I have follow up appointment with him later this week when he will inflate and deflate me.

Originally after checking me in office before surgery he was thinking I would get 20cm Titan but during surgery he said there was extra space and installed me 22cm Titan which fit perfectly without any RTEs.

I have attached a photo showing how I am sitting right now. Cut a hole in David Archy underwear and enjoy. It holds scotrum very well and does not itch the shaft of the penis. Just the tip is sensitive and that is poking outside.

But yours, even 50% inflated, doesn't look semi-erect at all.

Was Dr. Eid quote of $25K out of pocket that you received recent? Is that with any negotiation (whether by insurance or you)? Out of pocket without any negotiation, I was quoted approx 29-30K.

That looks very well done just a few days later. It sounds like you picked the right Doctor. You'll be fine, a young man will heal quickly.

A good size titan in there too, I know you were worried. That's as good as a result as you can hope for thus far!
