Anybody here on this board had a penile implant after androgen deprivation therapy?

Isn't there a way to recover the lost inches. I lost more than an inch because of low testosterone.

I was on ADT for 6 months and it took 6-12+ months for my body to go back to a new normal. I had my T tested along the way and it did come back to normal. Most things in my body returned to my normal, but although my erections improved they were not reliable for penetration. I could function, but over time it got worse. I am a grower and felt like I was back in elementary school lol

I made sure to try to keep getting any kind erection and used the pump a few times a week. I was about 7". I am a week post op and am a between 5 and 6". IPP is 50% inflated Girth feels the best it has in years (about 5.5" at 50%) although I did not do any measurements before. I think I was so down that anything would have been better and it sure is so far.

It's early, but right now I feel more like a man than I have in years.

ADT is really tough. It caused me to have man boobs. I knew it could happen but assumed they would shrink back to normal. Ah, no. The solution if I wanted was breast reduction surgery. I found this book helpful and have given it to other friends. I know the treatment was important, but I wish the docs would have given me a better heads up on what may happen.

It was a help for me to put some framework to think about its impact on me and some way to talk to my partner and others about it. There may be better books around, but it gave me a way to push forward and get out of the muck. I went from a mid/high T to near zero in about 72 hours. Years of growth /puberty undone in hours.
Anyway, an IPP is one of the most positive decisions I've made in this journey.

How do jandle 1 or 2 lost inches? If it is 2 that's pretty much

I'm not sure where the length will settle in. I'm only about 50% inflated so I think it will expand further. I sure hope so, but I had nothing that would work reliably. Now I do

I am prostate cancer survivor who went thru RARP in November 2016.
After prostatectomy, lost 2+ inches of length and some girth. Never was on ADT.
