Day 4 and the nightmare continues

4 days out, went to the dr yesterday for drain removal and he pumped up and back down on the implant, bruising horrible, pain horrible, swelling horrible, my sac is huge...... hard to believe no testicles

It's not the coexistence with the testicles that causes the swelling and bruising, but rather the trauma to the body, scrotum included, from the surgery and inflation tests while on the table.

Below is the photo I took at 6 days after my surgery, two days later than you today.

Unfortunately swelling is excess fluid in the tissue as a result of damage from surgery and because of gravity it tends to collect in the scrotum. I would keep horizontal and ice the area, you can also use a towel to support the scrotum so that it isn't so dependent.
I am 10 days out and still icing majority of time. But we have not inflated since surgery, one day post op surgeon did deflate some due to swelling.
The body takes time to heal but just think about the reward at the end.

Oh ok.... I see it now........so with time I’ll get there, just hope I have enough length to work with...... got to be better than the 6 or 7 inch soft noodle I went in with...... joking with my wife o told her I might need to find another orifice with this little thing, LOL ear, nose or who knows maybe between toes I’ll figure something out. Thanks for the replies guys
