I'm watching your results very closely on your test of Oxytocin nasal spray! I'm not as bad off as you have said you are, in that I can get manually achieved orgasms (and one PIV orgasm a few months ago) but if oxytocin being inhaled while under direct penile stimulation and arousal can get you to your goal, I'll definitely want to try it too!

Wife and I had a big fight this evening and my wife isn't in the mood for lovemaking tonight, so oxycotin nasal spray experiment delayed. Will keep you posted.

:x For me, the oxycotin nasal spray didn't do a damn thing. After a romp with my wife, it took me almost an hour of masturbating while watching scenes from porn movies to finally ejaculate. I'll keep searching for a solution and appreciate suggestions from any Bionic Brother who had the same problem after surgery but not anymore.

Unfortunately, the oxycotin nasal spray did absolutely nothing to help my problem with orgasm/ejaculation. After a romp with my wife tonight, it took me an hour of masturbation while watching porn to finally ejaculate. I'll mention PT-141 to my surgeon tomorrow. Any bionic brother out there who has had the same problem but has overcum (pun intended) it? Please share what worked for you.

I'm not an expert and haven't tried this but have you tried Wellbutrin? Some non-SSRI antidepressants can actually bring forward orgasm, while SSRI delay orgasm.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

Thanks for the suggestion. I was on Wellbutrin for a time many years ago but have been on another non-SSRI antidepressant for a long time now. It obviously is not doing the job! Are you considering an implant?
