I continue to be confused about the cause of my ED - it seems to be down to venous leak vs. some sort of sympathetic inhibition (or a mix of the two).

Need to figure out next steps.

Have you tried an alpha blocker called phentolamine?

I take it as needed, 30 minutes before sex, in combination with a PDE-5 inhibitor and results are excellent.

It's the only alpha blocker that really worked for me but, like Simbarn said, there may be unpleasant side effects (hypotension, tachycardia, headaches).

Oral phentolamine is an approved ED treatment in China and if you're interested, you can contact Oliver Deng at www.parcl.com

Check out my thread on Impaza. It's a Russian drug that seems to improve mood and erectile function. I haven't tried it yet but there are studies that show its efficacy.

Thanks Flavio - I did indeed order phentolamine using parcl as you had instructed (thanks again for that!)

I only ended up using it once because it made me feel like crap and didn't seem to help me with my ED, though it did change the way my penis looked while flaccid.

Here's a picture of the kind that I ordered - is this the same one you use?

Yes, that's the one!

I'm sorry it didn't work for you, it works for me and I will continue to use it (always in combination with a PDE-5 inhibitor, phentolamine is just a 2nd line treatment).

I'm still working on a new regimen. Today I received my order of Seredyn from the United States, thanks to the wonderful Yannick Libam from parcl.com.

Seredyn is not an ED treatment but it may be helpful: it is an excellent anxiety supplement, does not cause sedation and some of its ingredients may even improve sexual function (suntheanine, niacinamide).

I used Seredyn for several years in the past and the only reason why I stopped was simply because I didn't want to take too many pills.

(My strategy was to gradually reduce the number of pills until I only took Cialis; the problem is Cialis stopped working a few months ago and now I need to find a new regimen).

I will also try udenafil and Impaza soon, I will keep you guys posted on that.
