How effective is a small penis with an implant? Does it make a difference? Can it satisfy a woman? Any guys with small penis who have had an implant, can you share your experience?

If you aren't getting hard now your penis isnt satisfyiing a woman. There are othrr ways to satisfy.
An implant would give you the best chance of having a penis able to satisfy women. An implant will allow you to maximize length and especially girth.
Also you are going to be more confident in bed because you know you can be hard for as long as you need to be.

Logic would dictate that if your wife/girlfriend or same sex partner enjoyed your penis when you could get natural erections they will enjoy it after an implant.

My penis was nothing but small in the aftermath of radical prostatectomy. With prostate removal, my penis was pulled in to compensate for lost lenght. I was 6.5” all my adult life. After prostatectomy and just before my first implant I was barely over 4 inches stretched penile lenght.
With my first implant, I was able to recover 1+inch but I am still 1 inch shorter then before prostate removal.
Hopefully, I will recover more with my second implant.

Wishing you the best on gaining back your lost length. Four inches is more than enough to have intercourse and with an implant your girth should be good as well. There are several ways of giving pleasure to your partner as you well know..
Just a side note from an actual event from a few years back. My friend was in his mid 70's and had some test run by his doctor. He went back to his return appointment and the doctor and two nurses were in the room. The doctor told him he had some bad news for him. My friend being a veteran from the last world war said well lay it all out to me doctor. The doctor replied, you have prostate cancer........ your sex life is over.....my friend replied... doctor you mean I got cancer of the tongue too????? one nurse left the room and the other one just laughed.
