I'm sure this will probably be pretty long but this will help get across the issues I have and any suggestions from others will certainly be appreciated.
I'm a 40 year old man who has had issues for quite a long time but my ED issues really got worse about 5 years ago.
It started when I was in my early 20s. I had a girlfriend who was riding me pretty hard and went up and down one time at the wrong angle and it kind of "snapped" my penis for lack of a better word on my part. I couldn't do anything with it for a few weeks due to the bruising and discomfort. Eventually I was back in gear but now with a penis that curves upwards to a degree. It's no longer straight and hasn't been since that time.
Slowly, I started losing the ability to maintain an erection for more than a couple of minutes at a time. So I would do a lot of foreplay and then make my now wife orgasm then go inside of her for a few minutes until I orgasmed myself.
For the past several years it has gotten progressively worse. The erections come and go much too quickly to do anything with them for the most part. The wife and I have done mutual masturbation for the past several years and I let her get off then I can still orgasm but mostly with a semi erect penis and no penetration works anymore. Every once in a while I can get as hard as a rock and turned on by my pleasuring my wife and it feels hard enough to cut diamonds but anytime I go in for penetration it just goes away just as quickly.
Now, I feel personally some of this is a mental block. I feel like I've been letting her down for years because I've not been able to really perform at all from the penetration aspect. Lately I've actually been giving her more and harder orgasms than she's ever had in our 15+ years though with some new fingering techniques I've been using. In fact, she always orgasms but she squirted for the first time in her life about a week ago. She let loose and her discharge almost shot up to the ceiling fan and she didn't know what to do. She was embarrassed a bit at first and I told her that what she did was perfectly fine with me and I was very into that. I have been with a couple of squirters in my past and they were always fun - never knew my wife was able to do that.
Anyway - I have tried a few other things to help out. I can take Viagra/Cialis and neither does that much for me. I can tell when I've got them in me that they do a little but nothing like what I would expect. I bought a penis pump and I can't even get it to stay hard using the pump I bought. I may be doing something wrong but the seal is strong and I do what the instructions say and all I've been able to do is manage to have a lot of discomfort. One of my tries in the tube I could see the erection getting larger and larger and thought it really was working well but as soon as I released pressure my penis just basically deflated with it and I had no sensation in it at all either.
The only thing I've not tried is to do some type of cock ring to try to keep the penis harder for a longer period of time and I can always give that a shot. I don't have a problem getting the initial erection or getting one a few times during foreplay and getting my wife off but it just goes away so fast. That's my biggest problem. And some if it IMO at this point is also mental as well like I stated earlier. It's like I have fear of even trying to penetrate now because it goes soft so quickly I don't want to disappoint my wife worse than I feel like I do already. She has always seemed understanding and I think she is I just know how much I would LIKE to be able to penetrate her again with something other than my fingers.
Sorry for the long post - I read a lot on here and just would like to learn more about other things I could try or see if anyone else has had any type of similar circumstances to me.

Research penile fracture or penis fracture on Google or inside FrankTalk. What happened to you sounds what many men here describe. I'd start seeking medical help with this event in mind.
Best of luck,

ED is a multifactorial condition and in your case there seems to be a lot going on. Yes, there may be psychological causes to this (e.g. coital anxiety) but the penile lesion needs to be addressed.
Have you seen a doctor already? What did he tell you and what tests did you do? What is the current state of the curvature?
Go see a good urologist that specialises in penile curvature, if you haven't done it already.
Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

I agree that you should be consulting an urologist specializing in male sexual dysfunction who can recommend various treatments for your condition.

Have you looked into an implant Flavio? I’ve been told so many times as a young guy that this may be the way to avoid future troubles
26 years old. USA. ED problem since teenage years. Doctor prescribed ED meds showing some efficacy but not a guarantee. As much as I’d like the implant I now think I should hold off if I’m seeing some results from pills

No, I haven't but I probably will in the near future. I hear nothing but great things about implants, they are extremely effective and safe.

I think I've read elsewhere that you do not like needles but honestly it's not bad at all and it will probably work. It's a chemical boner and it doesn't much matter where your head is at. By it working it may get your head back in the game. It has for many here. At least try a couple under Doctor's supervision after they assess the damage to see how it works. You don't want to make it worse.
PS: the end 1/3rd of my unit bends up (curves, not abrupt) about 20 deg. Always has. Not painful. Not known damage or peyronies. It presents a small problem when standing but not laying. And it really massages the clit area and so-called G-spot well with a big glans.

Check your testosterone, if your testosterone is low Viagra will not work. It can also affect the hardness of the penis due to insufficient relaxation of smooth muscles.
Check for pelvic floor problems. This can also affect your erection.
Check the integrity of your ligaments, many studies prove that a ligament problem can cause an erection problem.
Do a flacid Doppler also in an erection.
I can advise you this.

Re: My Story
Hi, I am new to this forum....however in my journey to discovering facts, I stumbled onto some uros, on utube, giving seminars on ED, low T and on and on. I remember 1 uro saying the number for low T, is a little misleading, and he interviews the patient more discussing the low T on average graphs etc. So the numbers may be misleading for each individual. I am 65, and if I look up that graph for my age, it is way low compared to guys way younger. My blood test score was 360. I am somewhat low for my age, but still I have to consider my factors....on blood pressure meds, taking cypionate, overweight but losing. Next week i have an appointment with a uro, and another different uro later this month. I have noticed an improvement in my libido since cypionate, but there is peaks and valleys that i have observed. As far as erections, still have to take the blue pill, and the erection is not long lasting, and sometimes not solid enough for good penetration. I also think, but have not researched, that testosterone affects each differently. Another question for my uro.
Just my 2 bits here. There is many pro's, or masters as I can call them, on this site, that have researched. One has to remember that we are all different, and use different approaches. Many here will assist, and my thanks to all that have taken time to post. I am appreciative for stumbling onto this site as it has given me hope.
