We don't know your mix, which I assume is the starter of bi mix. Your going to need a signature so guys can help better. As far as first time by yourself you do what your uro said, i.e. plump your penis up a little, assuming you got syringe ready with meds, wipe with alcohol swab in the middle third of the shaft, find a spot at about the 3 o'clock position, which ever side you choose, stick needle in the spot, Watching for veins, try not to hit any! push all the way to the hub and if plunger has a hard time pushing, try backing out needle just a tiny bit until hopefully you can. Inject slowly, I do in small pulses at a time. Take your time, don't rush, so less issues you need, after you pull needle out of shaft, press with alcohol wipe 3-5 minutes or no bleeding and watch it come to life! Gl.

After injection, don't panic if it's not immediate, you have plenty of time, it will start working in 15 minutes, but best at 30 minutes and should last at least an hour, probably more. Make sure to get some Sudafed and take it afterward to get it down.

If you are wearing underware after your injection you might want to wear something that will give your cock some room. I am not one of those well endowed guys, only 4-5 inches hard, and I still find a loose fitting pair of undies are more comfortable once your cock starts to raise up. I also have some panty type men's undies with a hole in the front so I can let my cock and balls hang naturally but still have undies on.

You will adapt to your situation at the time.

I wish you the best. On the other hand, adding a partner to the mix on a first injection, especially if trying to do it discretely, is not the best plan. Some solo learning trials are generally a good idea.

Good luck.

So Hartbraker I wound up going into my uro and he did the shot and I have to say it feels like I’m gonna explode .. feels kinda sore.. it was a 1ml shot and it was almost instant but now it’s kind of uncomfortable... the doc wanted me to try this before my surgery feb 2nd ... I think the implant will be best for me

It sounds like your trial dose was too much. Try reducing it a good bit. You never did say what your mix strength is. Soreness can be caused by too strong of a dose. Also some men get some soreness when first using but after some experience find that it moderates greatly or goes away entirely. I wouldn't give up so quickly. Finding the correct strength of mix and dose is important. Few guys using tri-mix use a whole ml on first trial. That kind of surprises me. It almost seems like the doctor wanted to overdose you.

My urologist started me on a stronger dose than I needed. I dropped down to the T-105 Trimix which the lowest prescription you can get. Started with 10 units and worked my way up from there. No pain and no discomfort for me.
