Dr. Clavell

Guys i was reffered to Dr.Clavell since im in Houston,TX. I havent seen or heard much about him for implants could anyone who has done procedure under this doctor give me feed back. I was told my everyone to pick an experienced doctor. Could you also give me the price set since im paying out of my Pocket. Dr. EID was something around 30k if i recall.

Clavell is younger but a top notch doctor. I would put him up there w Kramer, Eid, Karpman, etc. His out of pocket cost is 17-18k

Dr. Clavell did my Titan implant back in August and he was great. My procedure was straight forward but he gets a lot of complex cases. Setup a implant consult appointment with him and you will see why so many men from and outside of Texas have and will use him.
Bottom line if I had to do it all over again next year I would make the 3.5 hour drive to use Dr. Clavell. Good luck!

Dr. Clavell did the Titan implant for me exactly one week ago today and so far so good. After the implant he gives you his cell number so you can call/text anytime with questions. I must have sent him 30 text since the surgery and he normally responds within minutes.

P.S.
The total cost was just a tad over 20k with Dr. Clavell cost at $18,500 and hospital/anesthesiologist cost right at $1,500.

Dr Clavell did my revision on 12.2.20 about 5 weeks ago.
He did excellent job on my revision adding 3.5 cm to my original implant
My first implant was Titan. On revision, I received AMS 700 CX.
I am very satisfied with how it looks and feels.
Dr Clavell has excellent bedside manners.He has always his patients best interest on hand. Always have time for extra question and always answers email and after surgery text messages.
As a nurse, I am especially happy that he is good listener and not just buried into his laptop as 95% other docs do.
I wish I had him for my first implant. I am sure, this revision wouldn’t be necessary.

How the heck did he get another 3.5 cm in you on an upgrade? the first one must have been substantially undersized.

That is what I suspected but surgeon who implanted my first implant denied it at multiple occasions. And, he installed it wrong with right RTE crossover to left crus.

How would one side crossover to the other side? I have heard of this before. Doctor had to punch a hole out of one tunica and into the other. Seems almost impossible to me. My tunica was extremely hard. When I was injecting, I had to take a second jab to penetrate the tunica wall. Just wondering. Not doubting it.
