First time having sex with implant?

I'm only 8 days post-implant surgery (Titan XL) with Dr. Clevell in Houston so I've got some weeks to go.....but was curious what others' first time was like with the implant? What was it like compared to pre-implant and how did it stack up to what you were expecting?

At 4 weeks out it was still uncomfortable and I couldn't orgasm. Don't panic when it happens. It takes time to heal.

Five weeks ago today, I had my revision by Dr Clavell also.
Scheduled for activation and teaching on 1.11.21 just short 1 day of 6 weeks.
Sex with implant is not the same as with naturally erected penis, but it’s not bad either. I am awaiting my first sex after almost 8 months. Had problems with my first implant and sex was painful for me.

I'm on my second implant after revision. I can tell you that you'll forget all the pain after 3 months post-op. Having the implant was the best thing that I did to myself and I regret not doing it earlier.

My 1st time I was a bit sore afterwards where the tips meet the glans. Since it was 6 weeks, 1day post surgery I was a bit eager so the session was quick. Subsequent episodes were better and better. Now I'm a porn star, JK

Dr. Clavell did my Titan back in August and I cant remember the time frame for sex. I think it was either four or six weeks but once I was cleared it was great!!!! Don't get me wrong it feels different than a blood filled hard on but it was rock hard and we had a good time with multiple rounds. I was a little sore during and after but I did not care I could not wait to test drive my new toy. Going from ED to rock hard when ever I want and for as long as I want or need, it was and still is great! It seems to get better as time passes.

The first time after the implant was miraculous. It had been a long time since we had successful penetrative sex. My wife told me "If you decide on the implant do it for you not for me". After the IPP maiden voyage she told me "I am so happy you decided to get the implant". We both love the implant. It has put the joy back into our love life

We initiated mine last week. i booked a room for two nights and planned dinner out both nights and had champagne and snacks in the room.
We had sex 5 times in the first 24 hours and at least once daily since.
This is better then our honeymoon.
You can adjust the hardness as desired. Best thing i ever did for us.
