My wife & I have a hard time having sex in the missionary position because my wife has a big tummy, so asking for any advice on what other positions would work better to have a satisfying sexual experience. If I’m on top, I feel like I can’t penetrate very far because of that.

Maybe if she is on top or doggie style. Both positions eliminate her stomach from being an issue. Definitely try injections if the pills aren't working that good.

One more touch to the idea from williamb and cajunjeff; her on her back at the edge/foot of the bed, legs upraised and you standing for penetration:

My girlfriend crosses her ankles behind my neck; this lets her relax her torso (unless she WANTS to flex-vigorously at times!). If your torso and her legs are the right lengths to match your penis with her vagina, this should work out well and she can relax to have you control the action. It is fairly energy-conserving for both of us.

We also use a rear-entry position (doggie) at the foot of the bed. Her bed is higher than most and there is a dresser immediately behind me in that position (me standing with feet flat on the floor). She puts her feet on the dresser and can stabilize herself and control some of the action. Just have a stable dresser or any knick-knacks may get knocked off!

Yes I agree with the wife on her back and legs on my shoulders. she can guide me in and I can thrust for a while. Problem I have is I can't ejeculate inside her. But she enjoys me inside. We use a lot of astroglide to lubricate both of us.

An additional variation is to put her knees over your shoulders and let her cross her ankles behind your neck. In that way you can easily lift her for better positioning. If her legs are too short to reach your shoulders, having her calves over your forearms can work, too.

p.s. I just noticed that I participated in this thread before with a similar suggestion, but leave this for the added "calves over forearms" suggestion.
