Hi all, I am a 73 year old that within the last year has started to have some ED issues. My partner is a wonderful 65 year old lady with with quite an appetite for sex. Likely because she was married for 30 plus years to a total prude.
Anyway, last spring I started having problems getting erect.which was quite disturbing. My lady suggested I see my internist and I did consult with him. The funny thing is that my lady friend and the internist have known each other for over 20 years, so he heard much about our frequency of sex. He started me off on Cialis 2.5mg as needed which worked great...big, firm erection like a kid. We loved it!
However, after about six months the "as needed" wasn't working so well and I switcHed to taking daily. That worked very well.
I am curious if others have had the same experience and should I expect to continue to inCrease the dosage over time to assure effectiveness?
Thanks in advance to your replies.

I’m glad the daily dose is working for you. I’ve been curious about tolerance with the daily dose. I alternate between cialis, viagra, and levitra as needed. I just had my first complete failure with the levitra at 20mg and still having some success with 10mg cialis or 50mg viagra. I’ve heard a daily dose would be better but I’ve already noticed as needed they don’t work as well as they used to so I worry if I was taking it that often I’d lose effectiveness quick
