Need to ask a question about the implant pump from the guys who have an implant. When you pump up your implant does your pump ever run out of fluid where the pump becomes flat? Does your pump stay full of fluid and just become too hard to pump when you have an erection? When fully pump does the implant become uncomfortable because of pressure?
Thanks for any responses in advance.
I’m having the following issue:
I pump my implant and it is very firm plenty enough for sex but my pump becomes collapsed. The erection is not super hard and I run out of fluid before it becomes uncomfortable. I might add the the penis is erect but there is a lot of give in it ie i can bend it in the middle a little bit. My penis can be pushed downward while erect like the cylinders are bending.
Thank again for read my post.

Re: Pump fluid level
Does the pump bulb become flat and not re-fill by itself (until you deflate the implant)?
If so, that does appear as if there is not enough fluid available for refilling the pump bulb for a few more squeezes of fluid into the implant. This might be because the reservoir does not have enough fluid. There could be two causes (I can think of) for that. 1) A fluid leak, and you may experience less and less inflation as time goes on until a surgery to fix the problem is performed or 2) the reservoir was not filled with as much fluid as needed for a full, stiff, unbendable erection.
Has this condition been constant since your implant or has it progressively gotten worse?
How long have you had your implant?
What manufacturer and model to you have?
Do the tips of your implant extend fully into your glans?
To answer your specific questions:
I can pump my implant to the point where my penis is an unbendable as it was in my fully erectile youth. When pumped up to that degree, there is a small amount of discomfort which gets more uncomfortable as time goes on. If I fall asleep fully erect, I will wake after about 90 minutes. This was similar to my youth. If I stayed erect too long, it began to ache after 15-20 minutes.

It has been constant but it seems to be getting worse.
How long have you had your implant?
The implant is about 5 months old.
What manufacturer and model to you have?
Titan one touch
Can others share there cycling and if their cylinders are super hard? Do you ever run out of fluid while pumping? Does you pump ever go flat? Does your pump just become really hard and full of fluid when you are full erect?
Thanks for any replies to help me understand what your experience is like.

Re: Pump fluid level
You state that this has been constant, maybe not a leak but lack off adequate fluid? I suggest that you request your surgical notes. This will provide the details of both cylinder size and the reservoir size and how many CC of saline was added.
Good Luck!
Good Luck!
Implanted with Titan 18cm + 1cm infrapubic on 1-12-17, wrong size cylinders. Had a complete revision on 3-22-17 scrotal approach. The revision was a complete replacement with a Titan 22 +1 RTE to improve function.

For an example, my surgical notes detailing the "OPERATIVE PROCEDURE" are listed below with highlights on the pertinent info the OP should look for in his notes:
"OPERATIVE PROCEDURE:
The patient was taken to the operating room and given adequate general endotracheal anesthetic, placed into a supine position and prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion. A Foley catheter was placed on the table.
A midline incision was made at the penoscrotal junction and both corpora were carefully dissected out, and bilateral corporotomies were performed. There was a great deal of plaque in the ventral corpora at the penoscrotal junction, which made it very hard to even make a corporotomy. I actually had to make the proximal corporotomy with the cautery on the cut mode. Once the corporotomies were performed, I was able to dilate both corpora to 12 French with some difficulty proximally, but I was able to get them dilated with Hegar dilators. The distal dilation was routine. Once they were dilated to 12, I measured both sides and they both measured 15 cm. We decided to go with the 15-cm CX prosthesis. At that point, while that was being prepared, previously a small round 65 mL reservoir had been prepared. I dissected into the left groin, perforated the medial aspect of the inguinal ring, and placed that reservoir into the retropubic space and filled it with 65 mL of sterile normal saline. Once that was done, the cylinders were ready. I placed the cylinders with the aid of a Furlow needle passer. I had a great deal of difficulty placing the right cylinders proximally. I actually had to extend the corporotomy very far proximal to actually get the prosthesis in place. Eventually, I was able to get the prosthesis to seat nicely."

Yes, super hard and as rigid as in my youth
Do you ever run out of fluid while pumping? Does you pump ever go flat?
never
Does your pump just become really hard and full of fluid when you are full erect?

Re: Pump fluid level
Seems to become worse a little by little. Now instead of a 3 o'clock erection its now at 4:30. The penis is erect but it bends down easily and the pump becomes flat. I am unable to put in extra pressure on the cylinders in hopes of regaining some length.
I would really like to hear from some other guys on your pumping up details please.

First of all, hardasarock2, please add a signature to your postings so we all can put them into proper perspective. For example, knowing which product you had implanted would enable us to determine if the number of saline CCs is the correct amount. In my own case, I have an LGX and the reservoir holds 100cc of saline. My surgeon put 90cc saline in the reservoir. He told me that 90% filled is optimal because it makes it easier to squeeze the bulb than being completely filled.
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.

Re: Pump fluid level
I can usually get 30 pumps in. The last 10 the bulb is very hard and minimal fluid is pumped. Then I use two hands and the bulb collapses. That’s how I know it’s fully pumped and all of the fluid is out of the reservoir.

Re: Pump fluid level
I would say if ir is progressively worse chances are you have a leaky cylinder. If the cylinder had a leak it will only leak when inflated. So everytime you pump you are losing fluid. this making it less firm every time.
With my Titan I pump to rock hard, wait a couple minutes and put in a couple more pumps. Them repeat a couple minutes later.
See your Dr and have him examine it.
