Is this normal after 24 days post op?

Postby G.s.na » Thu Jan 21, 2021 7:53 pm

Hello

I implanted titan coloplast before 24 days, but it is like pointing to the left from the base, even if i inflate it still alittle to the left, another thing when i deflate 30% or less it has these twists, it is really burning and painful, now the pain starting to reduce slowly but i still have these twists with smi-hard angles.

The cylinder is in the glans almost 3/4 or little more I tried to Masturbate smoothly and the glans got bigger and works good but still cant feel the backside of my penis, and still have too much burning when i pee and some drops of blood With the urine

The short answer is, at least for me, YES. Some bruising @ 5-6 weeks after. DON"T panic, it'll go away.

If I had drops of blood in my urine I would call my doctor right away. When was the last time you were seen by your doctor? Does your doctor know about the blood in the urine?

I would see my doctor asap. You should not have blood in your urine 21 days post op. In fact I never had blood in my urine at all. It looks like you may have lymphatic fluid in your shaft. It will resolve faster if you point it up when you sleep. When I had it, an went to see Dr. Kramer he said it was perfectly normal, mine collected around the base, and left side. Make sure you're following your doctor's instructions pumping at 3 weeks seems to early.
If you suffered a urethra puncture during surgery it may explain the blood in your urine. It maybe nothing but only a doctor can give you a medical diagnosis.
Thanks brother. If all goes well extremely good times lay ahead.

I contacted him many times about that
He said that normal, and ask me for Urine test, i did and he still saying it is normal and will be ok with time, but the burning during pee is too painful still... but u dont know but By reading most of the experiences here, the end of the third week and the beginning of the fourth week the pain ends, as well as the burning of urine everyone mentions that it was not more than two or three days, and these twists bother and hurt me very much

I hope this normal as doctor say,, but still in doubt

The twists are normal with a Titan, I have this also, They get better after time. I am not sure about blood but that is what is causing the burning and the catheter caused that. The numbness of your penis should be from the incision and that will get better over time.

See my 1st post to this forum dated Dec. 14 2020. I had everything that you are describing, sans blood in urine. That was at 21 days post-op. I saw my surgeon at 5 weeks post-op. He stated that the numbness in my penis was from the aggressive modeling done intra-operatively to try and correct the peyronie's. I still have the numbness and burning at 8 weeks 4 days post-op although the burning (nerve pain) is somewhat better. Not sure from your post if you had PD and modeling....

It looks like the cylinders are buckling (thus the bumps/knots) when you are flaccid. I have a similar issue (see pictures in that thread from the 12/14 post). It is my understanding from reading several posts in this forum that it's not uncommon with the Titan One Touch. The surgeon did not seem concerned about the bucking and told me that it would improve. It does decrease significantly when I cycle to max hardness. I am still concerned because the spots where the cylinders buckle when flaccid are still quite painful.

I deviate to the left a little when flaccid and significantly when max inflated. My deviation originates at the base. My surgeon stated that it too was from the PD and should get better. My problem is that pre-implant, my PD deformities were a bend to the left at the middle of the shaft and a bend up towards the end. And my current deviation at the base is significantly more (stiff) than the pre-op bend. Somebody told me it was due to the hardness of the inflated cylinders but I would thing that fully inflated cylinders would tend to want to correct the bend rather than accentuate it. Sex with it max inflated is fairly uncomfortable. The hard bend to the left at the base is the most concerning of my current issues. For my peace of mind, I scheduled a second opinion with another surgeon in another town just to be sure. I see him on Feb. 1. I'll post his responses here afterwards.

I had numbness on the underside, which was distressing. The nurse told me it would "probably" go away, and it did in about 6 months.
