Re: My Implant Journey
Hi, I'm new to the site today.. I see that there are recommendations to use the pump to maintain size.. Is it recommended just to pump or to pump full and then engage the ring as you do in prep for sex??

Re: My Implant Journey
Hi all, I'm new to this site and wish I had found it earlier.. Thanks so much in advance for your honest and open comments.. I'm beginning to realize that this group has most of the considerations well covered!!
Let me ask the crowd why size is considered in choosing AMS versus Coloplast Titan.. ? Which is best for which size??
I don't see the AMS LGX mentioned on the AMS site only the 700 Series 3

Welcome UT,
My uro recommended pumping too as a way to possibly regain lost size from scarring that had formed in my penis after a penile fracture 10 years ago, when I had 8"x6" erections. Had I known about penile rehab I might have avoided loss in size. Ten years of little or no blood flow took its toll. My uro suggested pumping up to the point of slight discomfort holding for 30 seconds and releasing, and to repeat 10 times. He had me do this rehab twice a day for 8 weeks up to my implant surgery. I went from 5" to 7.5" in the VED. The day of the surgery he was able to stretch to 6.5", he told me that my implant erections would be between 5 and 6". I was implanted with an LGX on 6/21/12 and as of today am up to 6". You can read my story under coming implant .
So yes pump everyday...
55 years old. ED since 2002 total venous leakage after penile fracture. Tried all the pills and injections all failed to help. Some success with VED, but felt too unnatural to both of us, seldom used. Implanted 06/21/12. Trying to wear IT out.
Re: My Implant Journey
Closing in on 2 years post-implant. Here is a recent flaccid shot.
Re: My Implant Journey
Genome, are you afraid the VED may cause damage? I was actually hoping to use my VED after implant surgery to keep my girth but i don't want to damage anything, can you tell me how much you pump up the VED (I'm getting a Titan as well 10/12/12), See my post "Question on girth".
Thanks,
Dennov

Earlier today I found out that implants and "Fleshlights" work really well together.

Google fleshlight. Every man deserves one. In fact....they should be standard issue for all single guys.
