How to conseal in sweats?

Guys that have a working penis, deal with erections and chubbies. Their penis size can vary much through out the day. Sometimes cocks hang totally flaccid, sometimes they have some engorgement and hang a little out. There are growers and showers out there everyone seems to hang in their own way.
I don't understand why guys fret so much about how they might show in clothes with an implant.. Wear what is comfortable and you feel comfortable in, if by chance your penis is a little more obvious today deal with it or rearrange it in the restroom. When I made the decision to get an implant this was never a concern. I was more concerned about not being able to perform with the wife.

I could care less about whether my cock might be a little puffy or not. When I got my implant January 8, 2020 there was a time it was a little stiff. I did not fret about it. I just ignored it and wore what was comfortable. About month six after getting implant I noticed the cylinders got a little softer and eventually got a little bend for a more natural hang. Just celebrated my one year anniversary and now it hangs as natural as ever. You would never know I was sporting an implant. I’ve never been ashamed of my implant I just never advertised it to my friends and family. Only a select very few know of my implant. I just never thought it was much of anyone else’s business. Men have a penis just like women have breasts. Sometimes a few are noticed more than others. I never tried to hide mine. I just tried to be respectful and carry myself in a responsible manner.

I was concerned about this before I had my Titan 23.5 cm but it is not an issue. Here are some swim briefs. I don’t wear this out boating, but for lap swimming, no big deal.

I just think a basic bulge is acceptable, especially at the gym. I was worried my flaccid would be too much, mainly the speedo style suits. The lighter colors are more noticeable and black, not at all.

When I walk around the locker room I wear a towel, but at my locker I usually apply body oil for a minute (counter act chlorine) and only once did a guy say to me that I was ‘lookin good’ but I don’t think most people really look at one another.

From my experience with both brands, it is way easier to conceal AMS.
Bulge in shorts and jeans is barely visible.
My Titan was constantly sticking out and was very well and obviously visible to others.
I am glad I selected AMS for my revision.

Yes. It was confirmed crossover of my right RTE into left crus so left crus contained both RTE. At every visit with implant surgeon, I was complaining of pain in my perineum more to the left. Also my right cylinder had a big bulge on right side of penis on outer shaft. That was the place where right cylinder including RTE made sharp angle to crossover.
My implant surgeon did not even trust MRI results and everything looked normal to him.
When I consulted different surgeon, he agreed on MRI findings which was confirmed during revision surgery.
Also, looks like I was undersized on my first implant.

Clamp it down with a tight jock strap. Or don't get an implant. Problem solved. PS> I don't mind letting it show. Uncomfortable as hell having it bound up.

Gents, I have a Titan and no pain whatsoever whatever direction I point my shaft. I wear jockstraps and compressions shorts a lot and never have any problem. I do find at the gym that when I transition from movements like push up or benching, I have to readjust regularly or I'll poke out more than you'd want.
