When I had a recent Penile Doppler scan, they warned me about priapism and having a four hour erection, then injected me and started the scan. However I only got a semi and it was embarrassing.

Embarrassing? Whether you were embarrassed to be nude in front of witnesses, getting an erection or achieving only a partial erection, you should change your threshold of embarrassment. Your penis is going to be on display to any number of people of both sexes. All professionals and all who have seen many other penises in various states of dysfunction (and function), with and without piercing, jewelry, tatoos, sizes, etc.

You are undergoing medical exams and procedures by people who have vowed to take your best interests in mind (including your emotional conditions).

I would prefer to undergo a brutal elongation procedure even with 30% of infection risk rather than losing another full inch.

I understand very well how ED is affecting young or youngish sufferers.
Knowing that, you want to fix it ASAP and start enjoying benefits of it instead of waiting for miracle to happen which does not happen every year.
I agree with merix points. What is the use of 7 or 8” limp noodle penis?
Totally useless. Any working lenght is good length.
I experienced it both ways. I was lucky to have good 6.5” working penis all my adult life until Prostate removal surgery in 11/2016.
Night before surgery, I had excellent sex with my wife, 2 good long lasting sessions. Until prostate removal, I never tried viagra, Cialis etc to aid my erections. I went into surgery 99.99% potent and after surgery, I ended 100% impotent despite trying everything possible to regain my erectile function.
In my case, it was clear cut. For most guys here, ED is gradually worsening over the years. After prostate removal, i lost 2+ inches of length which is 6 cm. So, loosing 2 cm would be just 1/3 of my loos.
I could not say goodbye to my sex life so I went for an IPP.
Did not have much luck with my first implant because of crapy installation where my right RTE ended up together with left RTE in Left crus and also I had been undersized.
Recently, had my revision 8 weeks ago. So far, everything is looking good and performing as desired. Now, I can do everything I did in the night before prostate removal surgery even more. I can last as long as my heart is beating.
