My first prescription was weak. 8.75 of pge-1,-30-1. My first shot, my doc gave me a 30 unit shot. Dick was like a rock and pain was extreme. Went straight to a drug store and got Sudafed to knock it down. Lasted 4 hrs. Played with the dosage but still very painful. Got some bimix that didn't do anything. Decided to mix the 2 different prescriptions. I would remove 3to4 units of trimix, them draw 25 units of bimix 30-2, for a total of 28 to 29 units. this produced an erection that lasted about 2 hours with a tolerable amount of pain.
The thing about injections compared to an implant is the entire dick gets engorged, glans and all. It still has all the sensation of a regular erection. The glans will be beat red to purple. The implant just erects you dick with no blood flow to the glans. With me it is pale and cold. You seem to have some blood flow so maybe with viagra you will get plump with the erection.
I started getting scaring with less than 40 injections, but some guys use them for years.
Find the podcast, Broken Boner Radio ,with Danial Canfield. Just listened to episode #509 on u-tube. It is 4 years old. I don't know if he currently is still doing the podcasts. #509 is very good. Take time to listen to it. Dan has been through everything you are dealing with. He got me on the road to an implant. Best of luck, whatever your decision is.
I just found Broken Boner Radio on YouTube. I listened to #502 first. Folks, that aren't sure about implants. This should be required listening. The host has an inherited condition that causes fibrosis. He talks candidly about his experiences from his first sexual encounter. In #502 he is interviewing another man that had prostate cancer. He is single & does talk about dating with an implant. He mentions his policy on disclosure of the implant. I won't spoil the ending but I do think some members might be surprised.
In #509 he talks to Dr. Goldstein, who mentions that he has installed implants in teenagers.
For our young members. The hosts son has the same condition. In episode #503 he spends an hour talking with his son. Seems that the young members want to hear words from someone their own age range. Well here is your chance.
