The third way to install an IPP (that I know of) is sub-coronal.

I had a penoscrotal version. I did not expect all the bruising. I did take pics...and they ain't pretty, but dang, it was worth it.

I was done infrapubic on New Years Eve 2019.

You can bruise from that, too.

I looked like they had anesthetized me, taken me out to the parking lot, and used a Suburban to run over me between my waist and knees. Repeatedly.

I didn’t hurt all that bad. I was just bruised worse than I could have ever imagined.

It cleared up, recovery was actually pretty uneventful. Results have been fine.

No real scar is visible above cock, small and hidden in pubic hair.
Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

Is there any evidence that states one type of surgery vs. the other is better for maximizing length?
