Yep, don't worry and let the healing just do its thing. I have a malleable right now. Fucker keeps poking my pants out. I just realized why I could not wear underwear (tighty whiteys). The U shape of the crotch area in underwear just makes things tighter, hence being uncomfortable.
My other issue when I wear clothes, no matter which kind, slacks or jeans, when I get an egorgement of the head, I am fucked. This is unacceptable for work/life and I don't see any way around it.
I took a shower at the gym today, and I was actually able to pull my foreskin back and wash with minimal discomfort. I am over 2 months out since surgery, so it really is a patience game. Some guys can do it, me, I worry too much, but look what worrying got me, a fucking infection and lousy Dr.

Recently saw vids of several topics by Dr. Perito in MIami which addresses various topics. Maybe a quick email to him, could help you fully understand what is going on at the "base". Seems odd to have that kink there.

Otherwise you look very impressive pumped up. Hope you can get a grip on that "kink"

I am 17+ months post implant and still have same issue like you guys.
Never changed and never or barely improved, maybe 10%.
It is what it is. Almost all complaints are from Titan users.
Wait for revision and switch to AMS LGX. That is my plan.

The kink throbs when inflated and is uncomfortable/Irritating when deflated- as far as sex goes I don’t feel I’m getting full expansion, there is pain like maybe a 4 at the base so much so it causes me to lose blood flow in my erection.

I have a Titan and have the 'kink' at the base but on pain at all. It improves a lot when inflated but i can still feel the 'kink' ( I prefer to call it tubes ) there but no pain ( Increased girth at base)

This thread is a very good read, I also have that uncomfortable kink,, or atleast I hope that is whats bulging on my left base side.
Going to try and be patient like most are advising
