Thanks, it has almost loosened up (80%), I just followed the good advice received from you. I am contemplating to chronicle my journey to Istanbul for getting the implant. But life is moving too fast suddenly. But I think I owe it to future reaaders to repay my debt to the past contributirs.

Please keep me in your prayers. Shall be back soon!!!

And thank you for the question. The same thing has happened to me and the responses are most enlightening.

UPDATE:
5 months out from my implant surgery I woke up to find my pump was free! I was doing almost daily pulling down and it just seemed futile. Finally I can position the pump behind and below the balls. I have a pretty compact scrotum so the pump does to my balls what a Wonderbra does to tits. ;)

I too had the same problem with my 12-4-2020 Coloplast surgery. Doctor advised frequent pulling down on the device. At first, the best I could do is push down on the ball pump and later found and grasped the flat spots at the top and applied constant, firm stretching pressure for 5-10 minutes at a time. While doing so I move it side to side and front to back. No pain and a sense of progress and exposing the release valve after doing this throughout the day.

Yes and Yes.
Speaking only for myself, my bulb is noticeable when I stand.
My surgery was last year, before everything shutdown, so have not played sports or worked out.

However, lol. I had 2 surgeries in '19, and I was able to work out and play sports, did not feel any different, just have to watch out when I did leg squats (pressure on reservoir).

The pump being stuck to the interior of my scrotal skin was just one of several post-op issues I faced and overcame. My surgeon suggested the same procedure that ronkline described in an earlier post. It wasn't until 6 weeks post-op that I was cleared to bathe. While in the hot water, I did part of my daily hourlong cycling and GENTLY BUT FIRMLY pulled down on the pump. I also periodically held the pump firmly and GENTLY tried to pull it away from the skin and rolled it around. The scrotal skin remained stuck for about another month despite my daily ritual but one day I just happened to notice that the pump no longer seemed to be attached to the skin. Even now, at 9+ months, I still occasionally tug the pump down and back, trying to move it from the 3 Amigos position to behind my testicles.
Now if I could just get sensation back so I can orgasm/ejaculate again, I'll be a happier camper!!!
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.

Same problem here. I spoke to a rep and was advised to gently pull it away. It was a little painful but I’m ok now.
Implant in Oct. 2018, AMS 700. Happily married to a wonderful lady.
