I did not think i could lose 2 inches in 4 months being i never had ed before prostate surgery. So i'm trying to find a solution to short implant +no intercourse for about 3 1/2 years.
someone told me that if your a shower the doctors can see your length but if your a grower then the doctors can only give you your flaccid length.Makes sense i guess. I have to fix this for me and my wife.

I also lost 1.5-2", but that is due to the ED after prostate surgery for more than 3 years. If you are 2 inches shorter in only 4 months, and now you are around 3 years post implant, then your doctor undersized you. You need to get a revision bro.

I was hoping to get a revision but it sounds like they don't do revisions if your implant works but is just too short for intercourse. Thanks to everyone for your help!

I am NOT a doctor, but I am an anatomy and physiology expert. Arteries supply blood to the body from the heart. Blood must be supplied to every cell in the body or those cells die. That is why priapism is so dangerous. If an erection does not subside the penile tissues do not get fresh blood. The cells in your penis could die.

You are correct that restriction of fresh arterial blood supply to the spongiosum tissue in the cavernosum could cause the tissue to die. In tissue-sparing implantations, the tissue is pushed against the inside walls of the penile shaft and not removed. If this tissue is still viable, it provides blood supply for sensitivity in the shaft. However, blood supply to the glans comes from a separate vein which should not be affected by implantation.
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.

Every person is different. Like some have thick penis, others have a skinny looking penis. That is just the way mother nature made us. Mine is round and looks about as normal as any fat penis looks. But I do suggest working it by stroking it every night for at least twenty to thirty minutes and that thing just keeps getting bigger in girth and length.

I just can not figure out why anybody would use cock rings. My cock gets so hard when fully pumped and it stays like that through my whole affair. Cock rings are for men that are having problem with holding an erection. To keep the blood in the penis, but with a prosthetic implant the cylinders with a good valve that does not leak through you should not have to use a cock ring.

Ray, they can help keep blood in the spongiosum and the glans if one has VL. Actually I've put a couple of stretchy gel rings around my penis & scrotum (around my pubes) and even without VED, I could get a considerably firmer glans and urethral bulge so I honestly am not sure the VED is needed unless one has arterial insufficiency. There are of course multiple reasons to not engorge, one being arterial and the other venous so both might be necessary for some, and either VED or rings along for others to see any effect.

I have Venous leakage big time!Should have explained. The rings are to hold the blood in and keep the glands and shaft engorged which gives me a rounder fuller penis. The topic of this post is about having a flat or oval penis after surgery which I also have.Using a VED draws the blood in needed to engorge and the rings keep it there, otherwise it goes right back down.Don’t get me wrong,it’s hard as a a Steele rod without it,Along with my wife we enjoy occasionally using it for fun.Never more than thirty minutes and I use it along with cycling to expand and stretch!
