13 years post radical prostatectomy. 6 weeks post implant. For a recent prostate cancer surgery recovery I suggest, aggressively persuing the remedies for ED with your urologist. The range of ED outcomes from PCa surgery is quite lare. For some, cialis, levitra, and other pills, for others (and for me for 10 years) injections of various mixes work well, for others it is the Vacuum Erection Device or pump, and finally there is the implant when the others fail or become undesirable for one reason or another.
You have a lot of work ahead of you. Study all your options thoroughly, looking at both the best and worst cases. Use all the information on this board as a start. Talk with your urologist and maybe another as well. It is not a life or death decisions, though at times it feels that way.
What ever you do, never lose hope.
Merry Christmas
As we like to do here, I wish you Hard Times ahead.
