You know having to stick needles in your dick to try and make it work is not much of a life. I’ve done it and I have experienced the side effects from sticking needles in my cock just to have sex. To me that is not a working dick. If it doesn’t work its useless. If I could take back all the money I spend on needles and trimix medication I would Trash it all and go straight to the implant. All it did was scar both side of my penis. No one mentioned that was possible. But hindsight we know sticking needles in our dicks is not sensible. We should be told and informed about what this does to our bodies. Not after the fact! I realize it’s each to their own and a personal decision. I would choose the implant any day. Very happy with my results. My wife loves my bionic cock as much as I do. I have not worried one second about being able to perform since I got my implant. Before the implant it was a constant worry and the emotional baggage I carried around was too much. The implant solved it all!

Welcome. Thanks for your story. I'm at the point of looking to stick needles in my dick to have a good stiff hard on to have sex with my wife. I've had severe ED for 2-4 years, probably more. I have absolutely no fear of needles, but maybe I should. I have the first appt with a uro (found through the Coloplast ad above) the first of next month. I'll add your concern about the needles to my list of questions.
Again, welcome.
Married 50+ years, 75, ED for 10 years.

I used Trimix weekly for 12 yrs., no problem with scaring. Sometimes I would "miss" and that would cause a bruise for a few days but otherwise it worked very well, hard for 2+ hrs., semi for another hour. Also gained an inch in girth, 6.5+". But after that long of use it stopped working so went for the implant which I'm very happy with.
Implanted 6/26/2018, Coloplast Titan 20cm, no RTE'S, infra pubic, Dr. Rhee, Kaiser 80 yrs., married 57 yrs. ED for over 20 yrs.
