So then I was inflating every day, and it was uncomfortable, but got better every day. So I judged when to resume intercourse based on my comfort level with maximum inflation every day.
After 2 weeks the inflation was so much better and I was better at deflating. So I booked a hotel for the wife and I for the weekend. I thought being in a hotel put us both at ease and away from the stresses of the house.
I did take some ibuprofen over the weekend, just to take the edge off any discomfort.

We had a great time in the hotel trying out my new equipment.(multiple times over the weekend) I never imagined the impact this has had on our sex lives, we are at it more then honeymooners.
My wife is initiating sex more and I am not disappointing her by not being able to get hard.

Go by what your body is telling you, for me once the daily pumping was comfortable sex was comfortable.

Thanks Scott!
I think I am following your path. At 1 month, when activated at doctor's office, I felt a lot of pain. Also the subsequent 3 days of cycling, pain and swelling. There was more unrest than the first week of surgery. However, one week now, I can pump close to maximum, with little pain at this point. I didn't try having an intercourse yet, as I do not want to have a negative experience after more than 3 years of ED. Maybe at 6 weeks, pain and swelling will completely go away.

My advice is that sex is a Holy act of love, respect and honor with the orgasm as much of joy (and fun) an integral part of the worshipe of the one you love and her worship of you.

Just one man's opinion. Take it to heart if if is congruent with your world view. Otherwise, I will not be offended if you ignore it or disagree.[/quote

Lost Sheep, While I appreciate the support you have offered during my journey to being implanted, I wonder why you felt the need to proselytize and yes, I have a vastly different if not opposing views and beliefs about the world, and sex. I just don't think this is the venue for religious debate. Our conversations are about ED and functional and non-functioning dicks. I am not going to make any further comment on this subject. Steve

My apologies, SteveSW. I did not mean to advocate for anything more than that love for another (and sex) is a wonderful gift. From the Judeo-Christian God, Gaia, etc., whoever or whatever deity or universal life force you recognize, if any.

Thank you for the kind nature of your rebuke. I am a work in progress and still learning. I am developing the habit of making my posts gender-neutral in recognition of the non-heterosexual nature of sexual attraction. But often miss that mark. (I also missed a LOT of misspellings in that post.)

Please focus on the first part of the quote and ignore the sexist bent.

We all have elements of each gender and express them in ways essential to each of us. Sincere love, however it is expressed or between whom is a wonderful element of our existence.

I found nothing offensive in what LOST SHEEP had to say and he is entitled by the First Amendment to speak whatever he believes, just as anybody on this site does.

But I did. Which is why I amended my post.

But please, let's not open this debate here.

First Amendment does prohibit the Federal Government from prohibiting speech (and a subsequent Amendment extends that prohibition to the States as well).

Privately owned web sites are not prohibited by the U.S. Constitution from censoring posts.

I do have the right to be offensive. But I do not wish to be so (at least, not usually).

Thanks, brickbat for your defense of my post.

And, now, after this detour, back to the original subject of this thread. Please. PM available for further discussion.
