The erection was good but side effects were unbearable: extreme dizziness and, for the first time ever, facial flushing. I didn't even add phentolamine this time.

I get no side effects if I take these drugs on their own but I do get side effects when I combine them.

Like I always said, combination may improve efficacy but it may also worsen side effects.

Hi Flavio,
Thanks for your report!

I have tried Apomorphine in the past but the nausea was so horrible that it effectively killed whatever little sex drive I had.

Back to your experience though, did you take the combination at the same time? Have you tried taking Apomorphine and Udenafil a couple of hours apart? Wondering if that could potentially alleviate some of the bad side effects.

Thanks for your reply, Andy.

Yes, side effects of apomorphine may be unpleasant and that is why it wasn't approved in the United States.

My first report was positive because I tried apomorphine on its own. It's not as effective as Viagra, of course, but it worked well and there were no side effects then.

Combination was, however, unbearable: there was no way I could combine this with a PDE-5 inhibitor, I felt sick and almost passed out, so I had to quit. I can't stress this enough: combination therapy may increase efficacy but it may also worsen side effects, always consult your doctor first.

I'm not sure if taking the drugs a couple of hours apart would work, the effects of apomorphine only last 2-3 hours max.

If you want to give apomorphine a second try, I strongly recommend The ED Clinic. Their products are excellent and those troches are much more durable and effective than they seem.

If you're looking for a centrally acting drug, I suggest you check out my thread on Impaza for ED.

I still haven't received my pills, I can't wait to try them and I have a good feeling about this drug. There are several studies done on Impaza, it seems to be much safer and more effective than apomorphine

Apomorphine improves not just erections but libido as well. I didn't ejaculate this time because I didn't want to but I remember my orgasms were more intense when I used Zyprima (generic apomorphine from India) a few years ago.

But do you think libido and sexual sensation are the same thing? I was under the impression that they were different where libido is desire and sexual sensation is that feeling of sexual response. I could be wrong.

I will look into Zyprima. What clinic did you use to buy it from?

Hi!

I never recommend or sell anything on FT, I just post my personal experiences with several ED treatments.

Everyone is different, reactions to these drugs vary quite a lot: what works for some, may not work for others.

My current regimen is udenafil + oral phentolamine + Seredyn, 1 hour before sex. It's quite a lot but works beautifully for me. Other men may, however, may find this regimen ineffective.

As for apomorphine, it is a legitimate ED treatment and the only reason why I quit was because I couldn't combine it with a PDE-5 inhibitor, side effects were unbearable (esp. hypotension).

If you want to try apomorphine, go right ahead. Just make sure you are getting a genuine drug and always consult your urologist first.
