Do i have scar tissue?
Im just basically trying to figure out why my penis when flaccid used to just rest down normally and felt normal and full of blood, now it is hard and shriveled up more and sticks out when im just walking around or anything really. When i touch it, it feels rubbery instead of relaxed. For my erections they are just less erect i guess? There is especially this hardness at the base and ive lost length with them too. If i try i can get them hard but still my erections arent as big. Do you know if this may be some sore to blood flow issue or maybe a ligament thing? I am confused and pretty upset, because this has been going on for around 5 months now and im only 18. Would i need something like cialis to promote healthy bloodflow and healing? Let me know what you think Thanks so much

Welcome to the forum!
I'm not an expert on the topic and have no personal experience with it but to me it sounds like you're dealing with Chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) also known as Hard Flaccid. I would research those topics. There are treatments/therapys for the issue. There is some but limited information on this topic in this forum if you search those terms.
Good luck.

'There is especially this hardness at the base' It could be fibrosis, was there any pain or injury? You should go see a doctor that specializes in PD, it is impossible to clarify this on an internet forum. One thing's for sure: frequent blood flow is essential to maintain penile health.

I’ve looked into hard flaccid quite a bit. I feel like i don't have hard flaccid because I have no pain but i do have some symptoms of hf. I will most likely get an opinion from a urologist. Especially when i wake up in the morning, my penis gets so shriveled and hard, like theres no blood flow. It used to just hang down normally and would be full with blood. Now it feels like theres somethign restricting bloodflow but i may be wrong .

I dont recall a specific time i injured it, but who knows it couldve been when i was sleeping and rolled over on an erection or something. Or maybe from a bad fall in sports it could be anything but i dont have any pain. I do have a little bit of a dull ache when erect and the base is really weak like it just flaps around. But yeah i feel a hardness all the time at the base, it never relaxes or gets spongey.
My penis used to just hang down and relax but now its so firm and tight and is a lot smaller. Its so weird i think i should just see a urologist.

Yes quite a bit. Especially when flaccid my head is so small, it used to be filled up with blood and is now skinnier and wrinkled. Same thing when erect. It doesn't upset me as much as the fact that ive lost length though. I really want my length to come back I dont know what to do though

From what I have read about the hard flaccid condition is that the pain is not always present. There can be varying degree's of this. I do not think urologists are aware of this condition, so don't be put off if they say the condition doesn't exist. As you have the consistent hardness and a dull ache when erect, I would be putting a lot more effort into investigating and possibly getting treatment for HF.
Age 57, ED issues for 15-20 years. Testosterone replacement with Enanthate and Ovidrel. Currently using generic Tadalafil 2.5mgs and Resveratrol daily.

I have heard multiple urologists (some of whom are elite, well meaning guys) deny that hard flaccid is a real condition. It seems though, with so many men detailing identical symptoms, that it does exist.
So I would echo simbarn and warn that you may be immediately shot down by your urologist. It doesn't mean he's no good or that you are wrong, it's just that medicine is often slow to develop.

Okay. Well i guess i’ll just tell my urologist my symptoms and see what he says. I wont mention HF or anything like that. I think i may need cialis and maybe some blood work or hormone level checks to see if everything in that sense is normal. I do believe i have something wrong with the base of my penis either structural damage or plaque preventing bloodflow.
