What you should do is to contact your doctor for instructions. As all doctors are different. And follow those instructions. Might be as you say the assistant just missed giving you the info. But if you cannot get instructions from your doctor you can use the info in the video as a guide. And you are not the first member I have talked to that did not have cycling instructions. And my doctor said he did not know how long I should stay inflated or give me a protocol for cycling other than to inflate to maximum.
I will try to help you understand some of the varied replies that have been posted. Some doctors and patients accept size loss pre vs. post op as part of this. My local doctors are among these. Told me I would lose at least 1" as did the patients of them I talked to. There are doctors that work to minimize or eliminate loss of size pre vs post op. This is different from the size loss from ED. ED causes size loss when natural erections diminish enough or stop. Some men have no choice in being able to pick a doctor. But others do and are able to do a doctor search to find a really good doctor or at least the best doctor available to them. All this being said even really good doctors have reoperation rates for infection and other reasons. Now in cases not involving device failure or infection a second operation is not done until 6 months after the first surgery. And some doctors who undersize a man will just pull and stitch the glans down on the short cylinders. It would appear that the doctor you went to left you with some loss of size. How much will not be known for a few months. Size will increase but that depends of which device was used. The AMS LGX has more ability to increase in length than the AMS CX. That is why members have asked for the information on the device you have. It does make a difference. As the LGX will expand if you have room for it as you appear to have. I had gains in length gains with a 21cm LGX out past one year.
The best thing to do is to stay in contact with your doctor and do what you can now to get your doctor to want to help you. If you have other doctors available to you or you can afford to pay out of pocket to go to a really good doctor this is also an option. But as I said another surgery will not be done until 6 months after the first surgery so you have time. But get cycling instructions as that is your work to do now. At that time you will have a better picture of the amount of loss you have and can decide if you want to go through another surgery. Some men who have had size loss post op still have great sex lives and both the man and the partner really like the implant over ED. Others have another operation with a really good doctor to get back some or all of the lost size caused by the first doctor.
Stick around and welcome to the site. Keep asking questions. Lots of guys with good information on this site.

It says in the video that you have to be in hot water (something about the pain I guess?)
And that in the first week, you just have to inflate and then immediately deflate.
From the second week you have to inflate, keep 5 minutes then deflate and this twice a day. And for the third week, you have to inflate, keep 20 minutes then deflate and this twice a day too.
And that from the sixth week it is necessary to inflate to the maximum rigidity for 10 to 15 minutes every day for 6 months.
I am in my eighth week. Should I start with the exercises of the first three weeks or directly what is said to do from the 6th week despite the fact that I did not do what was said before due to my lack of information?
I was not cleared for baths for a long time to prevent infection. I used a heating pad as the heat softens the pump and cylinders. It helps with cycling in the beginning.
The weeks in those instructions are NOT post op. They are the weeks of the the cycling protocol. As doctors activate at different amounts of time. Week one in the protocol in that video is what ever week the doctor activated the patient. So week one in the video cycling protocol could be 1,3, 6, or even 8 weeks post.

Re: Im lost.. (photos of my P.)
Thank you very much for this comprehensive and detailed response. I understood a lot of things by visiting the forum and reading some of the answers given to me. They all look alike. It is a question of being patient. I hope I don't have to operate again. If i have to have a smaller penis, as long as it works that's fine with me. But if there is the possibility of regaining my original size or at least getting as close as possible to it then I would be happier.
I will do what I have to do very seriously.
And I would like to know what is the difference between LGX and CX? The LGX stretches over time and the CX has a predefined size?

The CX has stiffer wall cylinders and helps with curvature. It will expand in girth and a little bit in length. The LGX has softer cylinder walls for men who have no damage. It expands in length and girth. https://www.bostonscientific.com/en-US/ ... hesis.html

Oh ok, i see. So with the CX implant your erection is harder but shorter
And with the LGX it is less hard but bigger
Im i right?

Re: Im lost.. (photos of my P.)
They both have girth expansion, the LGX (Length Girth eXpansion) has much more length expansion than the CX.

Don't let the word "softer" confuse you. The material is soft but they all get to similar erection hardness after being inflated to max pressure.

Not that easy to say which is best. The CX is better if you have a curve in your penis. A really bad curve needs a Titan.
