With my LGX (20 cm total), after 10+ months post-op I've gained about 1/2 inch in both erect length and girth. The implant is completely stable. I've also gone from being a grower to a shower. My nightly routine is totally emptying the cylinders, which includes squeezing out every bit of saline while keeping the deflate button pressed. Then I "pop" the bulb and give it 2 wall-to-wall pumps. This gives me a longer flaccid than pre-surgery (an unexpected bonus for me since it was never mentioned by the surgeon before the surgery) and keeps the tubing from accordion folding.

Kind of hard to say. She examined me and did the stretch test and asked what length my erection was with the VED. I told her and she said she recommended the Titan due to the girth needed for that size erection. She said gave me the pros and cons and I was happy to choose the Titan. I had scar tissue from resolved Peyronies so that was another reason to use the Titan. My erection now is just under 7” and perfectly straight.

This is much bigger than before the procedure due to many years of ED.

I have a question for you and others over here who recovered their size. When you’re fully erect and max pumped up, if you hold your penis skin with thumb and finger from both sides and move it up and down, does it move? Or is the penis skin tight and barely moves?

The skin moves just as before so if you are in your wife if feels or performs as a natural penis. It feels the same whether in her vagina or mouth. If fully inflated the penis is as hard as a broomstick so it is advisable to not get that hard.

That doesn't seem to be the case at my end. Before the implant, I measured myself as 5.5" and after the implant, I have recovered my size of 5.5". However, it seems I used to be more in my youth from what I recall, and because when I fully pump up my implant so much so that the pump gets hard as a rock and doesn't give in further, I reach 5.5" length but if I hold my penis with my hand and pull it up, the skin goes up by 1cm. This tells me that my original size is 0.4" more than 5.5". I am wondering if I should ask the Dr to add 1cm RTE so I become 5.9" total.

Any thoughts on this?

My surgeon put the AMS 700 in my scrotum and I am very pleased with every aspect of my implant. It works and it is reliable. My penis looks as natural as one could expect. Hangs natural pump is concealed very well and works perfectly. Could not be happier with my implant.

I regret my 14 cm titan or should i call it a titan mini.Now it's to short for intercourse. the doctor gave me permanent ED.

I have a 21 cm AMS 700 LGX w/ 3cm RTE...definitely got the advertised 20% expansion by cycling almost every day for the first 6-8 months after activation. One thing I like about the AMS is the natural look under your dress pants when flaccid and drained...very happy with it in all aspects...
