Hi guys,
I haven't posted early because I have been sleeping a lot.
On March 11, I got the hospital at 7 am, my surgery was schedule at 8. Honestly, I wasn't nervous at all. I was focus on a new chapter of my life, with a lot fun, confident, complements and more important work on my self esteem.
By 8:30 I was in a room with an IV connected already, nurses come and go with questions and checking that I was doing ok. I believe the IV fluid contained some king the penis stimulant because, I started having semi-erection, like 25% and a lot of sensitivity in my penis.
I was in the room for three hours.
Then, Dr. Blick showed up and explained to me that he will do everything to give me the best result, also he said I am a man and I know how important is to have a nice funcional dick. Those words made me feel so good. Also he said. I am going on Vacation next week, I don't give my personal phone # to anybody when I am on vacation but I will give it to you, only for an emergency, for normal questions call my assistant.
After that conversation, two nurses, came to my room and took me the operation room.
The anesthesiologist said I am going to put the anesthesia and said "Good bye Hector" I was gone
When I woke up. I was in the recovery room, I don't remember much what they told me. The talked to my family about the care and appointments.
I got home, with 100% inflated, a litter discomfort, no pain.
I slept a little bit uncomfortable with the catheter and the drainer.
The next day March 12 was my appointment at 9:50 am . Dr. Blick said the everything went well and the VED therapy helped a lot to place the cylinders and makes measurement easier. He deflate to 25% and recommended to keep my penis up, so will get erections like when I was 18 years old.
Today in my second day post-op. I slept like a rock, I don't have any pain, a little bit of discomfort, no bruises, a little bit of swollen. I took a shower by myself, I am feeling great.
I am pulling down the pump in my scrotum, it is perfectly positioned.
I had an infrapubic surgical. I believe, the recovery is faster and less traumatic, it is my personal opinion.
I don't think I have lost any size but to be honest I am so happy about what I see.
Please feel free to ask any questions. I will take some pictures as soon as I can To show you guys. I haven't seen my paperwork to verify the side of the implant. I will do it in the next post.
I am happy and I want to share this feeling with you guys. You guys are amazing, I don't know anybody in person but I feel like I know everyone on here.

Yes, I feel great. I am trying to rest as much as I can. I cannot wait to start using my new toy. There were so many years of stress and humiliation. I will override those bad memories with fun and happiness.

Hey Guys,
Today is my third day post-op. I am impressed with my smooth recovering. I was expecting more pain, discomfort and stress. I was able to take a shower by myself and walk around the house.
Per my doctor recommendation, I was pulling the pump bulb down and I noticed a little bit of blood in the urine, I think I need to be more gentle when doing it. I carefully tape my penis to the abdomen in a straight position. It helps to prevent any curvature in the penis that could occur during healing, also it helps to achieve an erection more upright rather than downward.
I have an appointment next Friday to remove the staples from the incision.
Like, most bionic guys here, I should've been done the implant, long time ago but I didn't know anything about Penile implant, honestly, it should be more educational conversation about this topic.
ED caused my painful divorce, I thought, several times on ending my life. I have been on depression pills for 5 years.
On my next appointment, I will ask my doctor if I slowly can stop taking this medication. I have lost 30 pounds since December. I want to live, enjoy life.

Hey Guys,
It is my fourth day post-op. Everything continues healing well. But I am having issues keeping the pump bulb down. It is positioned very up in the left side next left testicle. I was gentling pulling it down but it hurts and when I went to pee, I pee a little bit of blood. I am getting concerned.
I know learning how to manipulate the pump is crucial during the healing period.
Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciate.
