Implant and tight scrotum

This is 1 of the questions I ask my surgeon prior to my implant in June 2019. His answer was that I would be fine. I will say that during the healing period he said to continually pull down on the pump. I did that, and today even with an extremely small scrotum I never have an issue with even knowing it’s there except when using it. Also for the first 6 months he said to activate your pump twice a day and keep inflated for 30 minutes. I found the pump to be very hard to compress for awhile, but it does become easier as time goes on. Sitting in a hot tub when 1st activating helps that also. Hope this is of some help. I have a very tight scrotum due to testosterone therapy. First implant (AMA) was in 2014 by Dr. Milam at Vanderbilt (infrapubic) that turn out to be a disaster. It was fine for a year, but became very painful to inflate after that. And, of course, sex was painful (even HJ/BJs). Turned out Milam measured me short.
Had a remove and replace (Coloplast) in 2017 by Dr. Kramer in Baltimore. He corrected Milam's mistakes (incision through scrotum) and added slightly more than inch, and the Coloplast added girth.
Despite my tugging, my pump has remained high, but I don't have any problem inflating or deflating with the one-touch pump. Now I'm pain-free and 1.3 inches longer.

thanks guys, feel better about tight sac now, glad im down to 4 days, hang in there "july" waiting is the hardest thing, been working on this project for 8 mo now, no longer worried-thanks to Frank talk and bros here. And yeh it gets chilly up north here but i can say after the sever Peyronies all but the hottest days im pretty tight, hoping the implant will improve that situation. Nothing like coming out of 107 degree hot springs and all the other guys have hangers and I got the walnut still-Lol

I have a similar issue, especially when I use testosterone. My Dr said it makes no difference.

Hi, so you"te using TRT buy it's not fixing your ED problem? What do you use and what does it solve?

Testosterone normally improves desire (and a few other things) but has little if any effect on function. At least this is my experience & seems to follow other members experiences.

Testosterone shrinks the scrotum over time. Especially if doing a 1 mil shot every two weeks. This does not happen immediately, but over time. After a few years my nut was so small that I was embarrassed.

Stopping or spreading out the dosage will slowly allow the scrotum to go back to it's normal size.

My urologist said that my sac was one of the smallest that he'd ever seen. I've been on Testosterone for probably 8 years, maybe longer.
