Billypaul welcome!! To answer your questions 100% you are doing the right thing, your condition will worsen and you might lose size from indecision based on fear!! Which is very understandable!! But fair play you have the surgery booked with as you said a top class surgeon so I’m sure you have done your research so well done on that part!! So onto second part I didn’t have a girlfriend then when I got the implant so can’t tell you what she found different all I can say is I’ve had zero complaints from girls I’ve messed around with and zero complaints from my girlfriend now..
I do have one thing though to ask you, you’ve said that for the last 2 years sex has been poor but your girl has stayed with you, and you seemed to have sprung a very important life changing operation on her. Maybe she is more angry that you’ve not communicated any of what you have gone through the last 2 years with her. I would be pissed off if my girlfriend and best friend hadn’t even talked to me about something she is going through and then lands a “I’ve a very big operation next month” on me. Or is she actually a selfish person and it wouldn’t have mattered either way??

Wanted to update you guys. Had to get off the site for my mental health.

I ended up canceling the surgery. I'm taking 100 mg a day alternating between cialis and viagra. I'm finding the pills to be less affective and my penis is shrinking mainly in girth but not a major noticeable difference. I'm thinking about revisiting the idea of surgery with Kramer but finding my Venus leak is worsening. I'm not supper confident an implant will be fully effective due to my venues leak and lack of tumenessence.. so idk.

Still with my girlfriend. We stopped talking about itw

I would be concerned about living on cialis and viagra. Both have some nasty side effects. Like vision and hearing issues. Now possible future cardiac issues. The calcification you mentioned is not going to go away. I had a 97 degree bend from PD. The implant expansion broke up the remaining plaque. Some was surgically removed. Calcified areas may not be removed. It will get worse when it destroys your urethra. The implant will make you harder then you could imagine. But implant won’t work with calcification. Your a young guy, you will have to live with this latter life. Just saying.

What do you mean the implant won't work for calcification? The implant works almost in every scenario where ED and commorbities are present. through time it straightens out the penis even if you have scar tissue..... I know of several cases (personally) that went to Dr. Eid and he doesn't even do plaque excision and grafting. The titan works on it's own!

I had one round calcified plaque about 0.8" in diameter that was not excised and/or grafted, that was broken free by nothing more than inserting the AMS 700 CX and modeling (aggressively bending/manipulating) my penis while I was still on the table. This didn't remove the plaque but it did break it free where it no longer caused my penis to curve upward.
