Depends if you had a curvature that needed to be straightened. Sorry you arrived late to the board. But spend some time reading and using the search feature. And take a look in the General Discussion section and read some of the publications on implants or anything else that you find. This will help you ask better questions. And if you have questions then ask them. Let us know how thing are going.

Newbie443, you pretty much support my point. The best implant is very patient dependent. I fear that some new members might come to the conclusion that Titans are the best. Yes they are very good for the market where their features are needed. A simple search for the number of hits on the words Titan, LGX or CX will show that this is a Titan centric board. Nothing wrong with that in principle but as far as I know AMS has a larger number installed every year.
In my state, admittedly sparsely populated, I did not find a surgeon that uses Titans on a regular basis. Didn't worry me because I believe that a LGX will work just fine for me.
I hope that new members do as you suggest for research. I'd like to point out that on the main forum page is a section on articles suggested to read.
Of course, for our non American members. Their home countries might not give them all of the options that we enjoy.

I had the ams 700 put in for my revision. When I am fully pumped up hard, my penis points straight up and if I try to push it down when fully pumped say for rear entry, it is actually painful.

When you are fully pumped does your bulb stay hard or is it mushy.

The first pump always works, I hear a noise (the liquid going to the cables) and I see my penis straighten up very slightly. Then very often the pump directly becomes very hard and impossible to squeeze, even if I force with both hands.

I tried standing and it's impossible, so I tried lying down. And this is weird because sometimes it blocks directly after the first shot, and sometimes it works. It's really irregular. I tried to reset it..

I Just have done my first penetration with this Looking Dick (in 1st page), it really was bad.

When I am lying down it is even worse than when I am standing. When I am lying down my glans is extremely soft (impossible even to put on a condom) and when I am standing the glans seems to be full of blood and is much larger than when I am lying but still not to the maximum ( it remains slightly soft).

During penetration in a lying position, I felt very low sensations and only at the level of the glans. According to my fiancee, the penis is not big and hard enough for her to feel.

I was also extremely hurt because of the soft glans which twisted and hit against the end of the cylinders.

Yet I had received the green light from the doctor for the sexual practice.

Lots of changes in the first months. Kinda like a new knee. Takes a while to run again. Hopefully your doctor can figure out what is going on and help you with inflation. You should be inflating more than one pump. Good luck and keep trying.

I think you're probably undersized and if I were you I'd contact a high-volume implant surgeon as soon as possible!

The lack of communication between you and your doctor shows how unprofessional he is.

Communication is the most important. I would see with Andrianne what can be done. In the meantime I'll try to think of something else because it's hard to keep a good mood when you have this problem that follows me for years and even after such an operation.

Today i had my consultation with the doctor at 3pm. This is what he made me understand :

Apparently the cause why my glans is soft and that the cylinders have not been implanted to the end of my penis is that the glans is too narrow. And that there is a risk that the cylinders will pierce the glans. This is why I have to use pills (cialis, viagra etc).

About the size of my penis, I repeated to him that before the operation it was around 17 centimeters and that it was bigger in circumference, and that today it does not exceed 13 centimeters. He told me he measured a total of 18 centimeters from the underside of my penis. So in theory less than I expected. But I am sure of my measurements from before.

And compared to the curve of my penis which falls down and which now drifts to the left, something that was not there before, he has no answer and suggests consulting Professor Andrianne to have his expertise on the thing.

Regarding the pump and the inflating, obviously what you see in the photos on the first page is the maximum that can be done. I would not gain more than a few millimeters in size in the days, months or even years to come.

And for the almost nonexistent sensations I have during sex, it may stay that way forever.

In any case, one thing is certain: there is a problem.

Sorry you are having so many issues with your new toy. Please please give it time. Try soaking in a hot bath for a while then try the pump. That’s what worked for me. It does get easier over time you’ll see. You’re going to be fine. Just give it more time,it took me almost a year before it felt normal.
