Just got implanted. Questions for people who remember what post-op feels like

We all heal differently. I was operated on before this shit storm hit. Sex was painful. After seven months, it was tolerable. Self-luv, thumbs up, oral sex and penetration sex, not in the cards...and this is after I tried 4 months post-op!
Still healing here, hopefully, the length comes back! I am happy with girth, but missing a boatload of length.
Pumping happened, for me, 3 months out!

Forgot to mention, don't do it as often now, but looking back, kept repeating mantra...patience, patience, patience...
esp. when I could not fuck!

Hi Guys
I just got implanted with the titan this past tuesday with Eid. Penoscrotal incision. Appreciate any help.

1) Depending on how I get out of bed, I sometimes feel the reservoir pressing against me a bit with a little pain.

2) A strong cough or clearing of the throat cause sudden pain in groin for anyone postop, and did it go away? I probably coughed and cleared my throat on average 5x a day. I googled "penile implant coughing" and came across this:

I do have a history of moderate left side lower back/core pain, but stretching kept pain minor. That might make me more susceptible to a hernia on that side. As I know pain is normal early on, I'm hopeful this might be nothing and will go away in time.

3) Also, some pain in the perineum area after flexing it yesterday. I think this pain is getting better. I believe this is called a kegel. I don't do kegels voluntarily but every few hrs, seems my body just has a habit of flexing the perineum. Almost involuntarily.

4) No bowel movement yet. Been eating healthy and started taking milk of magnesia last night and this morning again.

5) I've mostly been flat on my back in bed as prescribed (sometimes with pillows under my knees). Back pain is creeping in. Starting today, I may use a recliner if ok (leaned back but not fully flat).

6) Will start hot bathing tomorrow and will try to keep the bathtub clean. Should I apply antibiotic ointment to the incision?

#6 YES!!! Use antibiotic ointment for 2 reasons.....antibiotic properties and it keeps the incision moist & pliable. The incision will heal quicker with less pain from stretching the incision.
#5 My doc recommended a recliner rather than flat in bed. He just wanted me to not be active and mess up his fancy incision work. Remember you now have a pump & plumbing in your nut sack and the twins aren't happy with the extra company.

I would not worry about being stopped up.
After my surgeries, I did not feel bloated or any digestion issues, I just did not go.
Took the Colace he prescribed...nothing. Enema....nothing. Fuck it, just wait. After about 4 days, it happened.

Even though I barely took painkillers, it got to the point where I felt like I had to pass stool to relieve pain, but couldnt. The suggestion here to try suppositories was a lifesaver!

Five days post op. I wrote some questions for dr eid’s assistant for when they open up on Tuesday. I know some of these questions sound dumb, but I’m a noob to this:

1. I know the tight jock strap you gave me is to keep the penis up and support the scrotum. My question is should i pull the underwear up really tight to make the scrotum very elevated, or just wear it loosely? Keeping it up tight makes me wonder if circulation gets cut off.

2. As I started to slowly cycle, should I still wear tight underwears and keep my penis pointed towards the belly?

3. A bit concerned the deflate button is too deep in the scrotum. It was difficult to press. Anything I should do now, or just wait to see if it gets easier in few wks?

4. If I think i pressed the deflate button but never really did, and then I squeeze the cylinders, will that damage the cylinders? Does anything happen when I do that?

5. Pump feels like its to the right of the scrotum, making the right side of the scrotum more sensitive. Anything I can do to reposition it closer to the middle, or leave it alone?

6. I can urinate but find it more difficult. My feeling tells me its because im trying to pee with a semi erection. Does it get easier?

7. Is it possible to urinate while inflated?

8. I assume i have titan one touch model. I read a website say it requires pressing the deflate button for only a second or so. Also read squeezing the penis afterwards will speed deflation up, but not necessary. Are these both true?

9. It was too painful to inflate twice a day in the bath. Pressing the scrotum hard so many times 2x a day made the scrotum painful I worried i was damaging the skin. So now, I plan to take 2 baths a day for 25min each, will try to inflate once a day for maybe 30-60min, and alot of heating pad use while in bed. Is this alternative plan ok?

10. Pre surgery, dr.eid saw my erection size while laying down was 6”. He said after getting the implant, expect 6” while erect, and about 5 3quarters while deflated. Can I expect to be close to these measurements in a few weeks, months, or yrs?

I used to be 6” erect while laying down. Preop, doctor told me to expect 6” after recovering. Surgery was 7 days ago (titan 20cm + 1cm RTE). Just started cycling 2-3 days ago once a day for 30min. Yes, this doctor likes patients to cycle earlier compared to other docs. I’m measuring 5.10” while erect laying down now. I probably didnt inflate all the way, but I inflated as much as I could until penis felt too painful. Is it reasonable to expect 6” after recovering in a couple weeks? Maybe I can pump more as pain subsides, but I swear it felt like it took more pressure the squeeze the pump the harder I got. Normal? Any tips for easier squeezing of the pump is appreciated.

19 days post op today.

Around 14 days post op, I noticed alot of red bumps all over my body. Believed to be from the oral antibiotics keflex so I stopped it. I still have redness all over, but I think it might be getting better as the redness is mostly flat instead of bumpy now.

Also around 14-15 days post op, I started noticing what seemed like pus on the shaft of the penis near the glans, and also at the base. I have no idea what caused this. Incision area (scrotum) looks good. In my non-expertise opinion, I think I inflated too far. Preop, my length was slightly above average but my girth was slightly below average. Postop, with how girthy the titan is, I think I put the penis under stress when I reached my current max of about 30 pumps to the point of moderately severe pain. I think that eventually lead to tears in the penis skin, which led to pus, which now looks like dried up blood and dead skin peeling off? Instructions mentioned I can't overinflate, so I didnt think inflating to the point of moderately severe pain was a problem.

Eid wasn't concerned. He thought it wasn't pus or blood surprisingly, but I'm almost positive it is. I'm 19 days post op now, I think the daily inflating and squeezing to deflate is inhibiting these tears to heal. I'll ask the doctor if I should stop cycling until it heals.

Hi, it's premature to discuss measurements. After few months of cycling, I will. From what I seen, most with Eid seem to say they either didn't lose size, or didn't lose much.
