Anyone have luck with Cialis when Viagra doesn't work? Sildenafil doesn't seem to be doing anything really. Am I screwed? Obviously going to try, but hoping for some input before its all doom and gloom.

Try all of them before moving on. Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, Stendra.

I liked Levitra best, Cialis least. I judged them by how well they worked vs the side effects I got.

Cialis was my choice. Viagra didn't do much. I like Cialis also for it's 36 hour effect.

I am now on injections, but before that I had tried all the pills. Cialis was my choice for a few years. I was taking one 5mg pill daily for BPH but if I wanted to have sex I would take 3 pills about two hours before sex. URO said I could take up to 20mg for sex. Now that I am on injections I still take one 5mg cialis daily for BPH.

C and V started failing, due to age according to my urologist, at age 72. I'm now on on generic V (sildenafil) plus Trimix, and it's working fine. The combo costs about $18/time. As V very slowly drops in effectiveness, I increase Trimix volume, and my nurse practitioner says that there are more increases to the formula that she can do.

Yes, that's possible.

Cialis was my #1 ED treatment for 10+ years, now I'm now udenafil (brand name Zydena).

Needless to say, these are prescription drugs and you should always consult your doctor before trying any of them.

Anyone taking Viagra or Cialis notice "a morning after effect"? The pills don't work the night
you take them but there is a next morning effect, usually a pretty good next morning 3/4 erection.
Just wondering if this is just me or if others have the same effects,,,,,and also wondering why the
next morning and not the "night of"????

This why I have a new implant, the drugs worked well for me in my 50s. Side effects were tolerable but as time went on the “go” time became harder and harder to plan and my wife wasn’t always helpful. I can not even tell you how many times I spent with a ill timed hard on while my wife snores beside me.
And then the side effects- headache,heartburn!! Loose BMs. These got so bad that it was sometimes 10 days of hell for one fuck and when the “go” timing was not working because I had a steak instead of a salad and the hard on came too late and all I was left with was the side effects. Hell yes time for an implant- not looking back to twenty bad years.

Used C and V mostly C for 8 years... yes at times it seemed like a miss and then next morning get the results you wanted the night before... although C was supposed to work no matter what you eat as opposed to v, I would definitely notice if I used C on an empty stomach it definitely made a positive difference. Didn’t like the side effects of v so usually used 10 mg of C every 3rd day and could do whatever I wanted whenever I needed it. After 7-8 years started noticing would start loosing erection about 2/3rds the way thru and over the next few months got to the point of frustration even if I used 40mg of C earlier in the day. Just got bad flushing and frustration. Started a trimix injection last December and never looked back!! It’s a game changer
