12 hours a day inflating at day 10, holy crap that is one aggressive cycling schedule!
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

I guess so, but I don't feel much pain while inflated. I go to sleep inflated (7 hours) and then wake up, stay 1 more hour in my room inflated and then I deflate. Can't keep 12 hours cause more people live with me in the same house.
When deflating I feel pain... squeezing the penis is very difficult. And I don't know when I'm 100% deflated. If this bullshit "One touch release" were true, I'd not need to squeeze and would not feel pain.

Remember though, he got TEP or Tunica Expansion (small slits cut all around the fibrous sheath to allow it to expand and grow larger). As I understand it, the aggressive cycling is no doubt necessary otherwise the little slits will grow back together in the relaxed position instead of the stretched position. The idea is to have the implant inflated for a large enough period during the day that the perforations will heal while stretched open but not to the point where the reservoir gets encapsulated while deflated (about a 50/50 of one vs. the other).
This is what I understand of how the body heals and makes sense to me. if I'm wrong on any of the above conjecture and someone knows better, please correct me.

The "One Touch Release" refers only to how the valve operates. You should only have to press the button once and not have to hold the button for the entire time of inflation. "One Touch" does not imply that the other touching, squeezing, etc does not have to be done.
I know when I am fully deflated when I can clearly feel the implant and distinguish it from my own flesh. My flesh is a little spongy. The implant feels like material. The difference may be subtle, but readily apparent to me, at least.

You're right, Waynetho! The aggressive cycling is to mold my penis in the shape it was designed to during the surgery!
Today I slept and could keep 2 more hours inflated after waking up. 10h total.
The doc said 8h~10h is ok, but 12h would be better.
Regarding the approach used by the doctor, you're right too:
Waynetho wrote:Any time they have to deglove the penis like they did yours, they can insert the entire implant through the circumcision with the penis skin pulled back to your body. This includes the reservoir on your abdomen too.
I asked Dr. Marco and he said he did everything through this cut. Damn, this seems almost impossible

Thanks for the explanation, Lost Sheep!
However, it seems I still need to hold the deflate button while squeezing my penis. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong. Next time I'll try again to just press the deflate button, release it and then squeeze my penis.
Something I've noticed: after hours and hours keeping my penis up, it gets the famous oval shape. This happens because my shorts are being pressed against it. Then I inflate till a solid erection, and the oval shape is still there. However, after waking up (7~8 hours of being inflated) the shape gets much better and not oval anymore.
So, what it seems to me: the deflated Titan is very malleable and when inflated it slowly molds the penis to a more natural shape. But it's slow. If you kept your deflated penis under your pants for hours and it got a smashed appearance, it will take some minutes (or an hour, I don't know exactly) to get a more natural shape once inflated.
I must find a way to distribute the pressure to all sides of my penis, not just up-down pressure like I'm doing at this moment using these cyclist shorts.

Yo Tortao, i've read somewhere that you got the "latest Titan model" , the Zero Degree. Can you please explain to me what's the difference with the previous ones? Sorry but i cant find infos about it anywhere..
26 yo from Italy.Peyronie's disease probably since 2015.Since then, penis bends of about 20-25°. PD keeps progressing. Moderate ED since 4 years and things getting worse. From pornstar-like to depressed, but still fighting for a solution.
Re: Tortão's journal - TEP technique + Titan 3 piece implant
Hi, folks! How are you?
2 weeks since surgery today. Regarding size and straightness, I'm not worried. It's straight as an arrow. Even though girth is visibly better, it will improve more. At the base, it is 15 cm. Yea, incredible thicky. But there's a lot of swelling, so probably this is not the real girth. Length is 13 cm at this moment and will improve as months passes by.
As a newbie, I'm facing some issues with the implant. I'm gonna list them in order to check in the future if things get better or not.
Things that NEED to get better regarding the implant:
1. Pump squeeze: I press 2 or 3 times and then the pump gets really hard, then I need to wait for a while to pump again... And then wait again... And no, my penis is not hard rock at this time. I don't know if there is something wrong or I am just a newbie. Maybe is the way I pump. I use both hands because it's simply incredibly difficult to pump using one. And I'm a strong guy, believe me. Also, using one hand is difficult to stabilize the pump, so you press it and then... it scapes in the direction of your dick and it hurts a lot!
2. Deflate mode: it's really difficult to deflate. Yesterday I took 20 minutes to do that and I think I didn't deflate fully. Today I woke up and deflated it, and it was difficult too. The skin of my ballsack is literally forming calluses, and it gets more difficult to perceive where to press. "One-touch-release" is bullshit, as my doctor said and I'm noticing. One touch is not enough, you need to press the small button hard and hold it every time you squeeze your shaft.
3. Implant malleability: while erected, I simply cannot point my dick anywhere. It doesn't go. It' rigid as fuck. This is a problem because in the future if this bad malleability persists, I won't be able to make any excuse to pump in the bathroom and come with my penis hidden under my pants. Before sex, I'll need to tell the girl I have an implant. It won't happen. I intend to tell just to my future girlfriend, but not to every girl I'll sleep with.
4. Flaccid state: there is no flaccid (yet). It's just a semi (almost total) erection pointing to 4 o'clock. Of course, this has to improve cause it will totally limit the things I used to do before (play football/soccer, ride bike, swim, etc). Sex is just a small part of life, so limiting everything for the sake of sex is ridiculous. To get a better flaccid state in the future, I need to make sure I'm deflating totally in the present. Just feeling the cylinders is not enough to know the implant is 100% deflated. Yesterday I felt the cylinders but I was not totally deflated (I thought I was). Today I could deflate even more.
5. Cylinder at the left side: I'm not so worried about this, but I hope it improves as well. Even pumped 90%+ it's possible to feel there's material inside my penis if I touch the base of my shaft at the left side. It's not obvious, but it can be felt. I don't know if this is an error of the surgeon or something normal of the Titan.
Well, I may sound pessimistic but I think it's important to list the struggles during recovery. In the future, some men may relate it.
I hope everything improves.
Have a nice day everyone!
I don't know exactly the difference. It's just a small detail regarding installation. Seems the tubings forms zero degrees with the cylinders or something like that, and then it's better for the surgeon to install. I don't know exactly, man. But it's not a new functionality that you can use.

First of all thank you for your detailed thoughts, I've been really enjoying reading your posts. But the #3 about implant malleability sounds like a dream come true for me a penis that rigid and unmovable just sounds Godlike. Can't wait till I'm in your shoes!

I don't know if this rigidity is that good.
I'd like to get an erection and point my penis to the left/right in order to hide it. I can't do it now, but hope in the future this gets better.
