Thanks for all the responses, guys. Biker60, do you think are condoms uncomfortable because they feel too tight? Maybe because the change in shape of your erection post-implant? In that case, I wonder if a larger size condom would be helpful to alleviate that effect?

I find that condoms are a bit uncomfortable for me because now the base of my penis is wider than it is thick, rather than being round. Due to the oval nature of my implanted penis, it's 1.8" wide at the base, wide enough for a 5.7" girth when I've actually only got a 5" girth. I find that condoms are uncomfortable on the sides due to the wider diameter in that axis. By contrast, there is very little pressure on the dorsal side of my penis or my urethra as a result of the condom.

I tried...

https://www.myonecondoms.com/pages/our-products

You simply put your dimensions in and they give you a size.(erect length and girth) Be sure to measure the largest circumference.
They fit perfect, not too tight, good quality.

That's a great point stmfttr. We are all different shapes and sizes, so expecting to fit comfortably into a "one-size-fits-all" condom may not lead to a good experience for many of us. It's great that there is a resource for custom-sized condoms. Makes a lot of sense. Waynetho, if condoms are uncomfortable for you at the base because it is wider, could a solution be to just not roll the condom all the way down? Would you still have adequate coverage while enjoying less discomfort? I suppose that would depend how far out that wider portion extends...

Normal size condoms typically automatically roll back up to a point of equilibrium for me, even if I fully roll it down. When I topped a friend a couple of months ago, it didn't matter that the condom wasn't fully rolled down. It seemed to roll down a bit more as needed during each in-stroke, then receded again on the out-stroke.

A while back, a condom (Brand name, Mentor) was marketed that had adhesive near the base of the condom that virtually cured the "slip-off" and "roll-down" characteristics of condoms too large or too small to stay in place.

I tried see if they are still on the market with a search on the internet, but did not find any current mentions.

Condom technology has not really advanced much over the past several decades. I've heard of some new types of products going through the FDA approval process. Hopefully some better designs will be available soon for the benefit of the implanted and non-implanted alike!
