Walking around with a permanent hardon
Walking around with a permanent hardon
Honest to god, had I known I would be embarrassed to leave the house everyday, I would have never done this procedure. I am really trying to wrap my head around deflating to where it's ok, then a few short minutes its back to a 1/2 hardon. Since this procedure I have pretty much abandoned the gym. Imagine being 6 1/2 inches of girth and this thing not staying deflated, pushing out of my gym shorts? It's kind of hard to hide! I literally had a Jewish father glare at me because he thinks I'm a pervert and does not want me exposed to his daughter. I am certain he complained to the front desk because they were all looking at my direction as he looked angry and appeared to be complaining. What can management do? "excuse me, sir but can you kindly control your hard-on?" I mean, FUCK!!! When I'm at work, the same thing. I have to put my tool bag in front of my bulge to hide it. I fucking hate this!

Re: Walking around with a permanent hardon
Is there something I'm doing wrong? The valve broken? The reservoir too small pushing it right back out? Is my luck with doctors really this bad? A bothced shoulder surgery. A botch knee surgery, and this...

Re: Walking around with a permanent hardon
Auto inflation can happen until the pump wears in. They make these tight and strong to last hopefully 10 plus years. So for deflation push the deflate button and if deflation stops when you release it you have not set it to deflate mode. Push it again to and see if the reduced pressure will permit it to go all the way into deflate mode. Push it very firmly. You may feel a faint click. If the deflate is working after you release the button and you are still having auto inflation try a quick squeeze of the bulb to pop the valve into inflate mode to see if that will stop the auto inflation. Contact your customer rep for you device and let them know what is going on. They will be able to help you more and you need to let them have a record of the problem.
Take care and I hope this helps.

Help us help you.
What kind of implant do you have? AMS or Coloplast? The operation of the valve to put it in inflate or deflate mode are different for the different makers and Coloplast valves have a couple of variants as well.

I too have the Titan touch and i'm also very thick. It is impossible to completely hide the bulge unless you wear something ridiculously loose and baggy. I was told to deflate completely and to give the pump a couple quick pumps to lock it. Might try that. Personally I like my bulge.

Cory. If your pump is new , belive me it will take a while to get used to each other, I want to go back to gym too, but waiting ( some surgery left to do) but when im healed up im going in bulge or not , I was auto inflating too, then the pump or me started working better, relax you got time - said the guy that is terrible at waiting. You talk to the Doc

Re: Walking around with a permanent hardon
Well, I'm in the same position as you are.
But my problem is not auto-inflation. My problem is my flaccid angle is not dropping at all and is still pointing to 4 o'clock. Also, my penis doesn't bend down and it stays straight, so it's impossible to hide it down. I need to point it upside in order to leave my house. Pointing it up starts to compress the penis and reduce blood circulation. After 10 minutes I start to feel pain. At this moment I returned from the supermarket and it was horrible.
I'm trying to be very patient, but the big problem is I don't see any evolution regarding malleability.
Next week I need to return to my office job so I'm fucked. I'm trying to find ways to conceal my penis.
I'm trying not to be negative, but imagining the worst-case scenario (things don't improve after months) I'll be obligated to remove the implant. I mean, seriously.

Get these underwear. I LOVE them. The pocket/pouch your penis goes in helps keep it down and they are VERY comfortable. I have the AMS LGX and from what I understand the Titan has a somewhat more pronounced flaccid than the AMS but I think the David Archy will help. Also I wear a Speedo under my swim trunks to keep my flaccid tamed while at the pool or beach. Just keep the old boy pointed up and to the side and all is good. Hope these ideas help brother. Hang in there as everything gets "broken in", it will get better. This is the new normal and I think it's a small trade off to be able to have a great erection again. You just have to find creative ways to deal with a larger or more pronounced flaccid. I went from an extreme grower (1.5" flaccid to 7.25" erect) to a healthy shower now so my new flaccid was a MAJOR thing to get used to.
