Hi all my first post have been reading other posts and it has helped me with my decision to get an implant. I had surgery April 13 a Coloplast Titan Touch. Still have pain mostly only when sitting. I was surprised by how heavy my penis now feels and how rigid it is. Yes like others when flaccid its larger than before implant. Will it get less rigid and how much longer will have the discomfort and pain.
67 years old ED or at least 10 years pills, pump and injections even Super quadmix did nothing. Titan Touch 4/13/21
2 and half weeks after surgery

Congrats! Same one I have and it's been great. I went through the same line of band aids too.

Re: 2 and half weeks after surgery
Hi tolergl,
This is my first post on this most informative website. I too, was implanted in April 13th. I have the same brand as you and was told it is 22 cm. I have all the same issues to deal with that you listed with your implant. My doctor informed me on Wednesday, April 28th, that he felt I was ready to enjoy my new love pump whenever I felt inclined. Well, that’s exactly what I did the same night. It worked perfectly and My girlfriend seemed to enjoy it. The only issue that I can honestly report is that I am very sore from using it without really pumping it up before that night. I’m still a bit sore today but am going to start my cycling routine today. My scrotum seems a bit tender after pumping it quite liberally the first time out. I‘ll be interested to see how we both fare as we go through the rest of the healing process. I’m not sure just yet how I’m going to position this flaccid monster in my pants. I like it and am very happy I made the decision to go through with the surgery but I don’t know what to think about this unmistakable lump in my britches.

Re: 2 and half weeks after surgery
wow you already pumped it up my doctor says i have to wait until May 25
Re: 2 and half weeks after surgery
Yes. My doctor said he thought I was ready to use it. I was very surprised as well. I think I might wait a couple weeks or so to use it again. I am still sore. I had the infrapubic approach. They took the staples out one week afterward and the incision looks very nice. There are still stitches in that will dissolve over the next month or so. I have a bit of a swollen area at the base of my dick. Which type of surgery did you have? By the way, I’m fifty nine years old and have had a veinous leakage issue for five or six years. I never stopped getting erections, they just wouldn’t last too long. The doctor said my surgery was textbook. He said there was some scar tissue near the glans that caused a little trouble but nothing too major. Most of the bruising I have left is on my scrotum. I’m sure that’s why I’m still a tad sore from pumping.
Hope I’m not rambling on too much. I tend to do that.

Re: 2 and half weeks after surgery
My doctor went through the base of my penis it looks like he cut in to the balls. No staples and just stiches. He said all went well. I was not getting an erection at all and pill and injections did not help much. I was just surprised by how heavy and stiff it is when flaccid. I was wondering if when i can have sex that I not restricted it what i do.
Re: 2 and half weeks after surgery
Well guys have not posted in a while had multiple surgeries on my shoulder could not cycle as much as I wanted. But finally after about 5 months post surgery my implant no pain and having great sex. To all having the surgery give it time you will be happy with the results. The only problem is that still problems deflating but will keep trying and believe that it was worth it.

Good to hear! I believe that doing daily walks/exercising/stretching will dramatically help in healing and positive mental outlook.
55 yrs old. Prostiva procedure (enlarged prostate surgery) June 2019. Also hard flaccid issues. Working thru it (massage/yoga/exercise) and getting better and more mentally positive. Still experiencing ED, hate pills but i'm gonna figure out a way.
