For me, anywhere from 10-30. I have no idea why.

Normally, for penetration, 20 full pump,
for cycling 50 pump with waiting periods of 2 0r 3 minutes after the 30 pump.

Way to many variables. Are you crushing the bulb completely with each pump. Or just doing quarter or half squeezes to slowly increase size. If she is doing oral. I pump up slowly.

If we are into a bend over couch and have sex. Probably full bulb presses and a quick inflate.

So depends.

What Hectorm64 said is what I do.
My initial pump is anywhere from 15 to 17 pumps.
After about 2 or 3 minutes, I can eek out maybe another 2 or 3 pumps.
Mind you, when I pump the bulb, its definitely not wall-to-wall, but I do give it a good squeeze.

This has been asked and answered before. It varies a lot because men pump differently but more importantly we have different size devises and different brands of pumps.

For sex, perhaps less pumps than cycling. Each of us is different and it appears that all of the variations of combinations of pumps and cylinders allow us to be very individualistic when it comes to the result we desire.

I admit, for me it is a different number of pumps almost every day due to variances in the amount of pressure I use on the pump. I have also increased, generally, the number of pumps since I have been cycling and my original, somewhat atrophied, equipment has adapted to the prosthesis.

In my case 10-13 pumps wall to wall pressed which gives me about 80% of hardness which is more then satisfactory for vaginal penetration.
When cycling, after initial 10-13, I wait few minutes and add additional 4-5 partial pumps, and repeat adding partial pumps which I usually totaled at around 35. I hold it for 30-45 minutes depending on my time. I stopped doing it dayly so I cycle 3 times a week with 1-2 times inflating it for sex.
