Girth Post-op versus Pre-op?

I am considering getting implanted and I am trying to determine what reasonable expectations would be for my post op dimensions. Pre-implant, my erection tends to be on the longer side but I am somewhat narrow. So I am less concerned about losing a little length and more concerned about how much girth I can retain. Would you implanted guys share what your pre-op and post-op girth measurements ended up being once you fully recovered from surgery? And also would you share what your cycling regimen was?

Pre-op girth=13.5cm (circumference) or about 1 5/8" diameter
Today girth=17cm (circumference) or about 2 1/8" diameter

Once the doctor allowed me to cycle, twice a day, for 20 to 30 minutes. Started with 15-20 pumps, and now it's 35+ pumps...depends on the wife, lol

Are you saying the titan increased your girth from 13.5 to 17cm???

Are you saying the titan increased your girth from 13.5 to 17cm???

Short answer is, yes.
Pre-op - for 6 weeks prior to implant, Doc had me use a VED to increase blood flow and tunica elasticity. He had me keep detailed info. The doctor had me stop pumping 1 week before surgery.
Also, Pre-op - length was 16cm (approx. 6") and today the length is just shy of 18cm (approx. 7"). 3 months post-op he allowed me to resume the VED on the flaccid penis. I still use the VED weekly now, almost 2 years post-op.

How is it possible that your girth has grown 3,5 cm after the operation? It seems like you get a bigger implant than your penis size... It would have broken your penis with a so big difference betwen your original girth and your postoperation girth

Raycaba - How much girth did you lose? What were your pre and post op measurements? How long ago was your surgery? I wonder if it is likely that you will still see more increase in girth...

I am currently .25 in. smaller in girth compared to pre-op. That is mid-shaft.

At the base, where I was widest before, there is a narrowing now that I don't particularly understand. Maybe it's where the cylinders connect to the rear, non-inflatable portion?

I am just over 7 weeks post-op so it's probably premature to say I've permanently lost girth, but it's a concern for sure.

Excellent question. The doctor attributed the gain in girth and length to the use of the VED pre-op. I was implanted June,2019 and I have continued to use the VED weekly, starting when the doctor allowed me post-op. The girth circumference measurements are taken at the penis base, while lying down.
