Our stories are so similar, ED from PFS, still low libido, wives are not supportive of implant (I am in the middle of divorcing mine), I have 2 kiddos, and am just a tad under 7 inches.

Have you had a doppler ultrasound that shows venous leak? If so, take her to an appointment with you and have your doctor explain the results to her.

Your mental health will for sure improve with a penis that works on demand. However, if you are in relationship with an unsupported wife than that may not change and continue to cause anguish. Also, if you place to much of your happiness into a penis, then your depression may manifest in other areas once your dick if fixed.

With that said, I have so much to be thankful for, amazing kids, family, friends, job, etc. - but yet knowing that my masculinity for the past 16 years has been broken, a big piece of me is missing. So I get that.
