Shockwave destroyed my penis?
Re: Shockwave destroyed my penis?
I agree with biodink, there are exercises to relax the PC and strengthen the IC muscles that could help. If not, an implant may eventually be in your future.

Veins reopening should have no effect on the temperature of your penis. Arterial flow in and venous flow out should keep your penis' temperature the same as usual or perhaps even a little warmer.

Stenlie_ wrote:Hello, Skin. ABSOLUTELY THE SAME HERE! No ligation of veins, but after fracture repair. Before I went to Shockwave I could get an erection, it was difficult to maintain, but I could achieve a 95-100% erection. After Shockwave it is very difficult for me to get an 80% erection.
How long ago did you have the procedure?
Age 57, ED issues for 15-20 years. Testosterone replacement with Enanthate and Ovidrel. Currently using generic Tadalafil 2.5mgs and Resveratrol daily.
Re: Shockwave destroyed my penis?
Oh, FFS. Stop theorizing and go get a penile dopplar done at the urologist. Let them tell you what is wrong and help you with a solution.
Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.
Re: Shockwave destroyed my penis?
Hey man, the same thing happened to me. Shockwave therapy destroyed almost all the rest of my erectyle function. Before the treatments pde5 pills worked kind of, but after I got 5 treatments nothing
does anymore.
This procedure should be forbidden, it's a scam and is dangerous.
My problem however is not in the veins but most definitely in the nerves, even though none of the many doctors I went to could give a diagnosis for the exact cause.
I'm 26, and after the first Shockwave treatments (which I did about 11 months ago) I already felt strong "nerve" pain in my groin, and wanted to stop with further treatments but the guy who treated me, said that's just psychological and that he recommends me to continue because it can't have any side effects (just to make money). I was sceptical but trusted him.. really bad mistake.. it gave me more and more pain and probably distroyed remaining nerve cells due to the impact.. super depressed ever since as well
does anymore.

Re: Shockwave destroyed my penis?
Hello guys,
I am from France currently at my first treatment with Medispec ED1000, your testimonies are very interesting since clinical studies are usually very successful. Could you please give more details on the treatments you underwent, especially the machine. And could you tell if now that treatment has ended you noticed new improvements.
@Opolion : I may be in a situation close to yours since I have not found yet if my ED is vasculogenic or neurogenic. But my uro told me that shockwave was effective on diabetic patients who face veinous and nerves issues. So your case is interesting for me because we may be in the same case. Could you please give more details on what where the results of your treatment. I mean when did you notice shockwave decreased your erectile function ? From the 1st session ? Or after the treatment.. what side effect you experienced during the treatment if you experienced any ?
Thanks to you all in advance,

Nerves regrow slowly, I would continue treating the ED using PDE5i or injections, to get blood plasma in there to help heal.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

Re: Shockwave destroyed my penis?
I know nothing about schockwaves but I have mentioned hyperbaric oxygen therapy on another thread. It is still an experimental treatment for vasculogenic ED but I've read great testimonies.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.

What do you mean by "getting blood plasma in there there to help heal"? How does that work? Do you mean stem cell therapy? Do you have any success with that?

Sorry for the late reply. I've noticed slowly improved sensation from undertaking injection therapy, I do think that getting blood to flow does help.
